WOW! Thought this was already submitted. Poor bedside manner, and feels like you're in a drive through. By the tine I was done paying, her next client was coming out saying the same thing. "That was fast." I reitterated that my friend referred me. She didn't seem to care. Also, was explaining about me having bells palsey and should have brought my facemap. Her comment "Don't need it don't care." There's a difference between confidence and just an unprofessional snob. Within two weeksn my eyelids were hoods hanging on my eyes. my injector should think about numbing people before lip filler for more than 2 minutes because it doesn't even start to numb until about 5 minutes, i'd recommend to numb for atleast 15 min .... and slowly inject the product ... my lip fillers were injected too fast and i think that's why they migrated. My lady numbed me my first time for about 2 minutes then wiped it off and started injecting the filler into my lips.... i felt every bit of pain it hurt so bad my lips weren't even numb.. also she was done in like less than 5 minutes no joke and i feel like the product was inserted to quickly which is why i had migration. Upset with that but i thought they looked good for most part just was painful and not happy about the migration... read more

This was my first experience at a med spa and I was very excited. My lip always disappears when I smile so I've been wanting a lip flip for a long time. I told the receptionist when I booked I wanted a lip flip and I also told the injector, but the injector put botox near my nose, not my lip which freaked me out. I did some research after getting home and realized I was given treatment for a gummy smile when this is not what I asked for. I'm not happy with the results and feel like its had a lot of unwanted effects. Not sure I would trust this place again after this experience. read more
