All I can advise is DON'T USE KYLE!! I was unhappy with the dirty blonde color when he highlighted my hair. My bangs were showing dark roots. Guess what I was told by him? I WAS TO PICKY!!! He didn't even get the roots! We agreed on the color before we began, but because he is full of himself he put some darkened toner on it. It was no where near the color we agreed on. Received a chemical peel, The Perfect Derma, $360, and it was a wast of money. The peel was uneven and have gotten way better peels for half the price. I let the owner know and her reply was to simply show me the contract I signed. Ver y poor customer service skills. it's the second time I've been there and have been unsatisfied. I went to All about Monroe last May. I had collagen threads put in.... Supposed to last 18-24 months. They lasted maybe 2 months. I also had collagen coil threads put in the creases between my eyes. They started to poke through my skin! Luckily I was able to pull them out. Thru out this horrible ordeal, I phoned, emailed, sent text messages including the photos of my face. No calls, No emails, No text messages.. Over $4000.00 spent... They are sweet as pie until you have a problem. When I pulled out the coils from between my eyes, I texted that I wanted the $400 I spent on them. Well, I got a answer from her then! I got a huge discount because I knew someone, I got a bargain My wrinkles are back, I looked great for 2 months... What a bargain I got.
