Original amount $8,603.12 approved on 3/4/26 Deposit paid $4,301.56 on 3/4/26 via Amex Balance paid $4,630.47 on 3/27/26 via Amex They have since charge my Amex and Citi cards multiple times, for charges totaling $27,810.87 Citi 3 $4,601.56 2 $386.25 (this was the monthly fee + late fee that never happened) Amex 2 $4,301.56 1 $4,630.57 They wrote me 2 checks that were no good 1 $14,577.18 and 1 $13,233.69 We have been working with them for weeks and it always the same, lies and lies. "I broke down, I have a doctors app, I am at swim meet for my daughter, I am traveling, etc." So far, they have refunded the following Amex 1 $4,630.57 and 2 $4,301.56

Was installed on 09/01/2023 and less than one year later the pump has quit operating. Had tentative appointment for last week 7/11 or 7/12. Then on 7/12 I received a "placeholder" from John for 7/19 between 12-4 PM however he said he would do his best to make it earlier. I sent multiple messages to John at the company number over the last week to confirm, with no response from John at all. I took the day off work 7/19 to be home if/when he arrived. Again multiple calls and text messages have gone unanswered and with no reply at all. This is absolutely ridiculous for a business to operate with such a lack of caring attitude. If/when I receive a call and service I will edit this review. Just a note to anyone to stay away from BLUE TORRENT as the company requested that I send the pump (at my expense) to them. Unbelievable
