This company has been a nightmare to work with since we opened in April 2018. I can count on one…read morehand the number of deliveries that we received with the correct number of restaurant linens. QC is non-existent. For example, Thanksgiving week we received tableclothes that had been washed and never pressed, so were completely unusable. The driver, Jerry, explained that they've been busy and rushed orders that week.... as if that matters to a small business paying $300 a week for product. The next issue was that they repeatedly delivery napkins and tablecloths that are in their original package from China. They're still and unusable, with puffy seams. I understand from another linen company that the fabric from the manufacturer is they're treated with formaldehyde, which is why it's critical to launder them first. I wish I could post photos! The worst part is that they refused to replace the unacceptable linens 1:1! Ridiculous! Glad I only signed a one-year deal. Wish I could finish the contract so as to not fight the early termination penalty, but I can't deal with them anymore! Read the "No Warranty" paragraph in the contract. They take no responsibility for quality. How are we supposed to use linens with burn holes? BTW: The clause with the 12mth contract is hand-written, without initials.
