Had a very bad experience twice. the owners are the once taking care of you but that is actually the worst part as they really dont care about your needs. you might loose your money or be stuck without what you ordered the day of your party. they cancel on you if they feel like it, that was at least my epxerience... very poor company at every level except price but is it worth it? read more

I am so impressed with the professionalism and willingness to go out of their way with this company. They came on time and the attendant, he was so sweet and even offered to help us set up. The bounce house was great and all the kids loved it. The prices are affordable and I will be using them again. My only regret is I didn't get to say thank you as I went to get change to tip the attendant and they left before I could do so. Had a WONDERFUL experience!! Ordered one of their many packages and it worked perfect for my niece's 1st birthday. They kept me updated and always checked in prior to my event. If I could give zero stars I would. I did not even get the chance to do business with this company but I would rather pay DOUBLE somewhere else then deal with the personnel here! A person who worked for this company and I were corresponding through e-mails over the course of a couple of weeks. Before I went to leave the deposit she said "there is no mad rush there is plenty of time to leave a deposit". I then sent deposit 11 days later and she wrote back saying I'm sorry this spot was taken I can give you the bigger bounce house for a less of a price. Knowing this could happen I responded "You told me It wasn't a mad rush I would have put the money down sooner." Nothing else bad was said just re asking prices. She then responded swiftly and condescending saying "Stephanie I put the amount up above for you. I had no crystal ball that a repeat customer was going to call me and same day reserve. Most customers are new like you and call and ask many questions, sometimes reserve sometimes not. A repeat customer knows us so there is no hesitation or time taken when they do contact us they are sure of what they want and ready to reserve. We are new in business so we don't get a ton of repeat business yet but grateful for it, so of course I wouldn't turn her away." No good business person would speak like that to especially a new customer who left a deposit and I never once indicated or said she should turn her client away. She then had the nerve to say she didn't have no space in her life for "acrimony and negativity". Who speaks to clients like this. SOMEONE NEW IN BUSINESS NEEDS TO TAKE A BUSINESS COURSE. read more
