My fiance called them and spoke to someone and they claimed that they would call us back after they checked their calendar to make sure they were available for the date we requested. They never called us back. We waited 2 days and then called them again and left a voicemail. It has been a week and we have not heard back. This is very unprofessional. Now when I booked these services I filled out lengthy paperwork stating the time, the place, and the physical location of my venue. The videographer was 2 hours late and because of that he didn't get ANY getting ready footage which really upset me but I got my partial refund so hey whatever. Same thing with the Photo Booth I'm the bride so I'm barely around my phone I get a text from the Photo Booth attendant saying he can't find location even though I filled out lengthy paperwork! They were late as well! The biggest issue I faced was the editing of the video. I chose dream day digital because I looked at the sample videos on their site and was like they do a really good job. My video for my wedding literally had to go through 5 edits which prolonged the time for my video even longer. Also an issue is I had to reach out for both my video and pictures, I felt they should've been sent after they were done without me having to inquire for them and getting them a little after the time frame that I was told. From the moment I called for a quote and availability I knew I made a smart decision. Greg was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Once I decided on the boxing ring bounce house and the giant inflatable dart board, he had a contract emailed to me when we got off the phone securing the date and time. When the big day rolled around, the staff member, Josh, arrived early and had everything out and blown up within minutes. He also was super friendly and had no problem with how many times we changed our mind about where to set it up (Sorry about that)! The party was a huge success and everyone had a blast - adults and kids. I'd keep that that set up in my back yard every day if I could! We weren't sure when the party would end or if it would start raining, so Josh just said to text him when we were ready to shut it down and he would head our way. He cleaned everything up quickly and without any issue. On top of the awesome customer service, the clean, high quality equipment and the convenience of a flexible schedule, No Limit Event Rentals had the best prices out of anyone. I checked with every company in the Orlando area, and most charged a ridiculous "trip fee" to go to my neighborhood in addition to their already steep prices or didn't have much of a selection at all. The disorganization of meeting to do final planning and final pricing was just the start of our disappointment. They have a policy of paying all fees 60 days before the event which is completely understandable. What is not understandable is holding us accountable for them being late with final paper work, 35 days late. When we were first contacted to discuss our wedding plans we were under the impression we were meeting to discuss arrangement of the room and timing for the day. To our surprise it was more about what we wanted to add to our bill because it was already late and because it was late there is a 10% late fee but they will "wave it" if we pay immediately. Mind you at the meeting all the questions we asked 90% of the response was "We can figure that out the day of the wedding," I did contact the owner and inform her of this iteration. Long story short we then had another horrible experience when it came to trying to pay our bill and the owner threatening to cancel our date and add the late fee back on. They have no empathy, understanding, or time management. Will blame you for there mistakes and expect you to give them grace but not show it in return. Like I said beautiful venue hate that we lost 1,000 in this place do to there horrible management style only use this place with a wedding coordinator.
