Arrived to find a tree down and another very large old tree about to fall. I called them in the late afternoon and they arrived early the next morning. They did a great job looking over all the trees surrounding our home and the trees that were unsafe were quoted. The quote was reasonable. During the next few weeks another tree on the edge of our lot became a hazard - it was a giant black oak and was threatening the neighbors house.
