A few feet of pole was buried in cement next to our driveway. He arrived on time and worked tirelessly (in the rain!) for an hour and a half! He dug around the cement, then used a jack hammer to break it up and release the pole. After it was out, he filled the hole with the dirt and rocks from the broken cement and hauled some of the larger rocks to our back yard. Because the pole was longer and heavier than we expected, we paid him extra to take it to the dump. He cleaned up all of the mess and was super polite. We are thrilled to have this taken care of so quickly! Thanks so much!

I originally heard of them from half a dozen people at my old place workplace who had them paint and liked their work. Their prices are very reasonable and I knew they prepped all the areas before paining like any cracks or gaps. They did my last 2 houses and now my new house. The walls had many issues from someone who did a lease to own then backed out a year later and left the lovely house pretty torn up. It was painted in a flat off white to hide all the issues. They also had a dog who tore up the wood floors and carpet. They had to resurface the entire area in the kitchen and other areas then sand to make the walls look normal again before starting to paint. They prepped very well so as not to get paint or dust from sanding on any of your items and took whatever time was needed to complete the project in a beautiful manner and no unexpected fees added after the original quote, They cleaned up everything before they left were very respectful at all times and the areas of the house they painted look great. I'd like to have them back when I can afford to paint the other rooms mostly on the 2nd floor. I would highly recommend them.

AlphaOne Exterior is a good job on replacing the roof. However while replacing the roof the gutter…read moresystem is now missed aligned. This would be an easy adjustment and could have even been part of the insurance claim. I live out of state and had them do the work for my 90 year old mother. When I actually got back to visit my mother I notice the gutters were not attach properly and water was running off the roof and behind the gutter system. Before the work the gutter system worked find. I called the for a simple gutter adjustments, that is actually have the roof dump the water into the gutters. I was told they did not replace out gutters and it was not their issue. I told him that gutter adjustment when you replace an entire roof to insure proper drainage is normal operation when I my personal roof replaced. Jarod (the owner) told me that is not how he does business and hung up on me. I did call back, he did not take my call but I did tell him I was now going to write a review. I do not like writing negative reviews. I believe in working with people to resolve issues. AlphaOne seems to want to ignore good customer relationships and allow issues to fester. Know if you do not inspect every aspect of the project, get every detailed in writing, I not sure that they actually count the number of roofing nails. The owner will tell you it not their problem. I am sure I did not ask about the adjustment of gutters. When you pull off a roof and are throwing materials off and onto the roof gutters get bumped. From my experience with good companies they know this and ensure the gutters are aligned.
