I had an issue with the alarm system that was installed by All Action Alarm several years ago. A sensor malfunctioned causing an alarm signal. The police were dispatched and a false alarm message was issued to my address. I called All Action Alarm the next day, during business hours, to report the incident. A person did not answer but an automated answering machine told me to leave my name, telephone number, etc. and someone would get back to me. Two days later, having not heard from the company, I called again. A representative, Shane Williams, answered. I told him my story. He was able to check my system remotely, diagnose the problem & offer a few suggestions to remedy the situation. Following his instructions, I was able to fix the problem. We agreed to speak again the next day. He checked the system & all was well. During our conversations, Shane was responsive to my concerns & patiently answered all of my questions. I've purchased and installed a total of 11 indoor and outdoor IP cameras as well as alarm.com compatible home security system with All Action Alarm. This is one of those long surviving family businesses because they do the right thing to its customers. They really do stand behind their products/services as they claim on their website. After I contacted Craig due to a minor issue that I encountered with my IP cameras, the tech was at my house in Queens within two days and immediately fixed the issue. This is how everyone should run their businesses, but from my experiences not many are wise enough or simply care enough to be this way. Also, I chose this company out of many other competitors because I was only required to sign a minimum of 1 year contract with their home security service unlike others that require a multiple year contract. The initial installation/equipment cost was very affordable as well, and for me it made a perfect sense to spend that with one year contract over a free installation with a min 3 year contract with a large termination fee when I don't even know if I like the product/service. In summary, All Action Alarm is a business that takes a great pride in what they do and therefore stands behind their products and services. Its pricing is also fair and competitive.
