Roger really took care of us after a major storm came through. They were working on a neighbors property after a tree fell on their house. We talked about some dangerous trees on our property that were leaning towards our house or our neighbors, and had large broken limbs hanging down after the storm. I have had a horrible experience with All American Brush Removal. I hired Roger (the owner) to clear the brush on my property so that I could put up a fence. He came out to give his bid and was eager (pushy)to start the next day because he was going on vacation and needed to tell his employee Fred what to do. He said he would clear the brush and paint some honeysuckle killer on the stumps to prevent regrowth. The brush on my property was chopped down the next day. The chopped brush just sat in my yard for a week. Seven days later, part of the brush debris was hauled away. I waited another week for him to finish clearing my yard, but as my fencing company was about to start, I called Roger. He said the job he was hired for was done, and all he needed to do was paint the honeysuckle killer on the stumps. He used the excuse that because of the rain, he couldn't do the painting because it would wash off. I photographed the brush debris (sticks and limbs) scattered throughout my yard and sent the images to him. Additionally, his workers had littered my yard with their empty plastic water bottles, and I took a video of them and sent it to him. They never returned to clean up their litter. Also, I took a photo of where the brush had not been cleared at the edge of my property near a neighbor's fence and sent it to Roger. He said that a neighbor yelled at Fred, so Fred stopped and didn't bother to clean up the brush he had already chopped and left it in the neighbor's yard along with the remaining debris all over my yard. Roger did not treat the honeysuckle stumps with chemical immediately after cutting, and after more than a month, it was too late for the treatment to be effective. Roger ceased communication after being informed that the job requirements had not been fulfilled. I do not recommend that anyone hire this company. I have been stuck with cleaning up the residual brush debris and picking up plastic water bottles in my yard that his workers left behind like I am their mother. And, the chance for inhibiting further brush growth with honeysuckle killer was missed because of Roger's failure to treat in a timely manner. read more

Literally worst decision going with this company. It took a month for him to finish a project on my property. They do not own their own equipment and were unprofessional throughout the entire process. I hired them to remove a large tree from my backyard. The day they came they cut all of the branches down and left my property. My backyard was full of branches and I had no access to my backyard for 4 days. They didn't communicate anything until I reached out 2 days later to see if they were coming back. When they came to remove the branches the same thing happened they came cleared the branches and left without communication. At that point the tree was still in my yard. I did not hear from them for 2 weeks and then when they did return they didn't finish for another week. Again no communication unless I reached out. He damaged my fence and said it was because the fence was old and took zero responsibility I caution you please do not use this company! read more

I needed a tree taken down. They gave a very reasonable quote and showed up the next day and took it down. They were here for less than 1 hour and the tree was gone and cleaned up! When I recently purchased my new home, I needed four trees cut down. I called and scheduled a consultation and they came out to my house and priced me. I thought the pricing was fair and decided to have the job done. The men came and took care of my trees. I decided to do the stumps myself, but the overall job took about two days and they did a great job. I need another smaller tree cut down close to my house and will probably give them a call again. read more

I hired this company to trim some trees, remove a tree and cut the brush along my property. Before the work was completed they requested I pay them in full for the project, which I did. They never returned to complete work. I contacted them several times and was given several excuses. I would never use this company again- - -they are not trust worthy- -scam artists. read more

Do not use these guys. Total scammer. I gave them $300 as a down payment on cutting down a tree and trimming a couple of limbs. He cut the two limbs, but hacked them off about 6 inches from the trunk, not flush with trunk as a professional would. Never came back to cut down tree. I contacted several times, always an excuse and then I finally gave up. read more
