Quoted me me 150 for my duplex.recommended an extra treatment did it for free. Then adjusted cost to 125. These 2 were fast, curtious, clean and did a GREAT JOB. Alex did a great job cleaning the carpet at a rental house we own. He even went above and beyond when I realized that the power had been turned off a few hours before Alex was set to clean. I couldn't reschedule because I had a tenant moving in the next day. He drove to my house and got our generator and used that so he could get the job done! Our elderly mother injured herself badly in her house in Redding, CA and had left a large blood stain on the carpet after she was carted off to the hospital to get put back together. She ended up ok, but the carpet was badly stained with large spots of blood. We tried to soak it up with rags and buckets of water, but the stain only grew in size. We then tried a home shampooer and it seemed to make it even worse and became only darker. Yuck. At that point we gave up and decided to call he pros. We searched for a good carpet cleaner and called about 4 companies. Many of them seemed like flakes or unwilling to come out on a Sunday. We own over a half dozen rentals in Merced County and have never been satisfied with any carpet cleaning service. That was until we met Alex. Alex came to the rescue even on a Sunday. . We showed him the stain. We negociated with him to take care of the room with the stain was in as well as several other rooms in the house. Alex carefully treated the stain, sanitized it as well as the rest of the house and did a deep cleaning through out. He did a fantastic job and is very professional. Word to the wise. He charges by the square foot, so make sure you measure correctly in order to meet your expectations. He will measure with a laser to make sure square footage is accurate and quote you before starting. Also, he is not the cheapest, but I consider him one of the best, so you get what you pay for. None of this having the guy come out again, because the stain came back or they didn't do a deep vacuuming before. He gets the job done right the first time. Wow. You're in good hands with All-American. He'll make your carpets Great Again. LOL. read more

I was very happy with this service! I called All-American Carpet Care to come clean the carpets at my apartment when my roommates and I moved out. Alex did such a good job listening to my needs, and took extra time and gave special attention to certain stains I wasn't able to remove myself. Today, I got full deposit amount back from my apartment manager because Alex did such a good job on the carpets. We had our carpets and dining room chairs cleaned yesterday by All-American. Alex and one of his team came to do the job during pouring down rain. Our grandchildren had visited recently so it was time to have them done. Scheduling was a breeze with just a phone call and All-American called to confirm our appointment on the scheduled day. Alex was very thorough going over our options on what would give us the best results. Once Alex measured our area and gave us a price for the job he proceeded to begin the work. Pads was laid down to prevent any debris or scratching to our hard wood floors. They tackled the most difficult job first with cleaning the chairs. They spent more than an hour trying different ways to get out some rather difficult stains. Chairs now look brand new. Great Job. Part 2 was our living room floors, stairway and master bedroom. We bought the home 21/2 years ago and hadn't done the stairs or master bedroom yet. Traffic trails was obvious and needed attention. Another 2 hours later the job was complete and All-American packed their gear and left. While Alex was there he had us inspect the end result. Again he was very thorough and walked us through our rooms. It wasn't until today that we really inspected everything that had been done. We have white carpet - a lot of it - and one day our dog decided to teach us a lesson, when we went out of town without her, by peeing all over one of the kids' bedrooms. It was time for a good carpet cleaning anyway, so we called All-American. Alex was great about being flexible with his schedule and getting us in right away for the urine extraction. I came home from work that night and our babysitter, who had been home when the crew came to do the carpets, told me, "he wants you to give him a call, has some recommendations". I called and Alex, who is clearly a perfectionist about his work, gave me a thorough run down on all the bedrooms, and told me there were a couple stains (not urine, and frankly, I hadn't noticed them until he pointed them out over the phone) he had trouble with. He was adamantly sensitive about not trying to "up sell" me, but had been diligent in sticking to the estimate he had given me over the phone and felt he could get a few more spots out with more time and a different technique. His prices are very reasonable, and I got a true sense that I was not being duped into dropping more money, so I figured "what the heck, it's worth a shot". He recommended coming back the next morning (before I put my furniture back) and, though the carpets were fantastic with the standard treatment from the first day, after the second day they looked absolutely brand new. White carpets, three kids, and a dog, and my nearly 10 year old carpets look brand new and probably have another 10 years to go. What else could I say? read more
