He was able to replace and match the cracked tiles so you would not even know they were not the originals. I know that it was me that took Nancy T. To 3 different flooring places in the Redding area. I was with Nancy T. When the sales people helped us. We looked at many floors. We were there on two different occasions. Nancy was very happy about the flooring she picked out. I was also there at Nancy's home when the 2 men came and installed her flooring. I could see Nancy had very large deep cracks in her cement floor after the carpet was removed. The men spent a few days repairing her floors then putting down moisture barrier down on the floor, I ask the installer what he was doing and he explained it to me. All the people, in the store and the installers were very nice and respectful. I will always go back to Design Time and Tile to have my flooring bought and installed there. It literally looked like there were 3-4 different grout colors when he started the job. He also recommended sealing the granite in our home and took care of that project the same day he did the re-grout in the shower. I've put a reminder on my calendar for Feb 2022 to have him come back and reseal the granite again in a year. Very nice man, left the area cleaner than when he arrived and I felt completely safe with him in my home. I would highly recommend!!
