That was fine because we intended to use gas logs anyway but wanted to know what kind of shape the chimneys were in just in case we wanted to burn wood. Recently (July 18th), I called the number listed, and the recording directed me to "fill out the online form..." and they'd respond as soon as possible. They did via email, telling me that someone would be "following up soon". I never heard back. Out of curiosity, I called again today and went through the same exercise with the menus. Gone are the days of personalized service where at LEAST one can talk to a person on the phone. I doubt that these people have such a " large volume of calls" as the phone recording says. If so, it would be better if they'd hire someone to field calls. It would be interesting to know how much business they've lost due to poor customer service.

When a few hiccups came up--one of the logs arrived broken, the pilot assembly didn't work, and their pressure washer stopped working, David and Zack handled everything promptly and professionally.
