Listen to Angelina C. She is spot-on! Jack is a thief, took two dumbstruck loads of my property's hardscape, when confronted he admitted it to me but refused to return them. His brother Jeff, told me he had them going to someone else's project. Quoted me a two week landscape but forgot about my project for over a month, leaving my front walkway exposed and unpassable. The job was completed a year and months later. Jack used a thin plastic liner, not pond liner for my water feature. He replaced one portion but no the whole job. His landscape plants and trees were minimal and not what I wanted, so I purchased what I wanted from a local garden center, where Jack picked up several days a week, but refused to pickup mine. He often lets his license lapse, so be ware, Jack is not keeping the reputation positive once he took over this company from his father. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!! read more

If you are looking for disappointment and regrets then this is the contractor for you. Because that is what you will receive. I hired this outfit to terrace my yard and install garden area and steps. This was not a small project. I sent them a drawing of what I wanted with detailed instructions of what I needed. They sent me a picture of the steps that they would install. Work was started. Cement retaining wall blocks were used. I asked in the instructions that the garden boxes be 50" wide, 24" for a walkway 26" for garden area. Apparently Jack in his wisdom decides I only need 45". There went the walkway I needed. There are two block walls. The top wall at one end leans noticeable more than the bottom wall. The so-called compost is littered with gravel and I don't mean just a few rocks. Who in the heck adds gravel to their compost. I didn't notice how much rock until I watered it. These are things that I can work around and deal with. What I can't work with is exceptional lousy craftsmanship that I was saddled with on the stairs. Before they started work they sent me a picture of what the stairs would look like. What I paid for is definitely not what I was saddled with. A five year old could have did a better job. The steps are wider at the top than the bottom, they curve drastically to the left. The top step in the middle is over two feet to the left of the middle of the bottom step. And there is absolutely no pattern to these steps, just haphazardly placed. When I can afford it I will hire a decent contractor to remove this eyesore and reinstall them in a professional manner. If you want to see with your own eyes what an extremely terrible job this fly by night outfit did come look at the stairs. I just want to give Kudos to the Landscaping Crew. They have been doing my yard for almost 10 years now. They are dependable, polite and do an excellent job. They will do things on the spot of the moment, when I ask for something extra special that I want done or need help with. I mentioned my older neighbors across the street from me needed to have some small shrubs trimmed, they did it for nothing and even cleaned up the leaves in their yard. read more

Our experience is opposite of Denny and Angelina-thankfully. I shopped around and we had several bids and went with All American. Their bid was good and they weren't charging us extra for design input or telling us to talk to a landscape architect which to me sounds like a waste of money. (some of the other companies were at a loss when it came to design) Our old nasty lawn was removed and the new sod was installed quickly and they revamped our irrigation including the drip system to the raised beds. The crew was very friendly and conscientious of my time. We even had them replace a small section of our fence. When they were finished, everything was cleaned up including the dirt off my new driveway. Was nice to get the whole look completed at once. read more

This guy is a real joke. Definitely seems just out to make money. He may give you the best quote and tell you that he'll back up his work on your lawn (I know, I called acting as an inquirer and checked) but he won't. He charged almost $1000 to do apparently nothing to prepare our yard, threw seed and then, when almost solid weeds grew up (after we meticulously watered for days), he took no responsibility. He's also really hard to get a hold of (unless you're new I'm assuming) and was rude when confronted about said problem. Really frustrating. read more
