If I could give 0 stars I would. I dropped off a pair of pants to have buttons seen back on. I was told I would be charge for cleaning but the buttons were free. They told me it would be done by the 10th of April. It is now the 13th. Not only were they late but one of the pairs of pants did not receive the service I asked for. They then refused to provide a refund for the lack of derive provided. I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bure. read more

If u care about your dark, or shiny denim pants don't bring them here!!!!!...I've taken my pants that I've had for a few yrs, have always dry cleaned em, and still look brand new here and I've gotten them back looking 100 yrs old!!!,multiple pairs of pants!!!!completely damaged!! I'm not from Roswell, ive never had any issues anywhere else til I moved here!!!, someone needs to open a new dry cleaning place ASAP.ive resorted to delicate washing and steamer. I will say that they do an ok job on washed jeans or light colored clothes....but then again, maybe I just can't see the damage. read more
