I used them to repave a 6000 sq ft driveway and then seal coat it 30 days later. My advice DON"T use them. Use anyone else. it was a poor job all the way thru. first many promised start dates were missed. I understand rain delays , but when there is no rain, why the delay. Second , I specifically asked questions about the job early on, Would there be crisp edges, assured there would be and no there wont', The asphalt was uneven in spots and Carlos said don't worry it will disappear when we seal coat. It didn't. The pavement was coming up in spots after 30 days, once again, once it's seal coated it will all be fine. It wasn't. I received a call that a man named Mr Carlos will be passing by to give me a estimate. I was outside doing yard work with my parents. I left my cellphone in my house. I live on a corner house without any fences in my house. So you can see me woirking in the yard, also periodically I would peer in the front to see if anyone is in my home. So Mr Carlos never gets off the car to knock on the door or even drive around the corner to see us working the yard. Because I didn't answer my phone, they are blaming me for not being able to get the quote. If that is the way they do business, I dodge a bullet. Thank god. All American Driveway recently installed brick pavers on our driveway. We had received an estimate from them almost a year earlier but had to delay the work due to other pressing repairs to our house that had to be completed first. I was pleasantly surprised that although prices had increased, All American honored the old price. We are now proud owners of a beautiful driveway! Several of our neighbors as well as strangers just passing by have rung my doorbell to express their admiration and ask for the name of the company that did the work. I strongly recommend All American Driveway, not only because their craftsmanship, but also because of the ease of working with them. Save money by not using them. We were sold a project of a smooth overlay of asphalt on our driveway. However, when the project was complete it wasn't laid down with a level or chalk line leaving multiple areas where puddles were forming. This was a problem because this was not occurring with our existing driveway. In addition, the edges were not formed causing them to fall apart with the slightest touch. We brought this to their attention and they promised to come back and fix these issues. However the job that we are left with is a patch up job not a smooth driveway which is what we originally paid for and were promised. We have had experts come by and confirm that not only was this bad quality asphalt to use but that the job was performed poorly and that it has multiple issues. BAD QUALITY! Rip off company! My experience with the company was not good. The company probably has no idea that they lost my business because of the incompetent person in their office Aimee Socorro.. I asked her to have someone else more knowledgeable call me back to discuss moving forward with the project. She never did. Francisco Rivas came out to the house to do the initial esrimate and was helpful, I had no issue with him. I would have been delighted to continue to work for him. Don't even think about calling these people! They never get back to you, you have to be on them to make an appointment for an estimate. And then they send a person to give you an estimate that seems reasonable. Then when you want to start the job, they send out the "Manager" to your property which tries to get the cash deposit from you right there and then. Who knows what would have happened if I would have given him cash! I didn't have cash - I was going to call the next business day to pay the deposit via telephone. ALL OF A SUDDEN - "oh by the way, the job will not cost as originally estimated. It's going to cost $1000 MORE" These people are crooks. They lure you in with low estimates and then they change it last minute. read more

AWFUL SERVICE. I contacted All American in March (2016). All American came to my house TWO times to measure the square footage of my proposed driveway because the first time they did not measure correctly. Over the next month, I spoke with Maria no less than 3 times to ensure what I wanted was included in the proposal because the Scope of Work was not clear and specific. On 2 occasions, Maria could not answer my questions on the phone and she had to call me back, demonstrating a sincere lack of understanding of their service offering. After 1 month of negotiating I made a 33% down payment and was told that Carlos would be visiting my home in the next 2-3 days to finalize the process and provide me with an idea of how much the city permits would cost. After 7 days and no word from Carlos, I called Maria. Maria told me that All American was not going to redo my driveway because my I resided on a busy street and the permitting process was complex. I inquired why they had not told me of this issue a month ago when we started the process and when they had come to my house (2 times). I also asked that my money be refunded immediately. I was told that it would take their 'finance department' 3-5 days to refund the money which was ironic given that they were able to charge me my deposit the same day as I sent my billing information. I was told that I would receive my refund but 4 days went by during which Maria started screening my number. I had to block my caller ID to get through to her. After that, Maria only answered after I called from a different phone number. Eleven days later, All American finally refunded my money. read more
