The workers arrived on time approximately 10:00 and they were completed about 1:00 they did the gutters and the downspouts all the way around the house I didn't get the gutter guards because of the extra cost and I have a fellow that cleans the gutters once a year and it's only a hundred bucks . They inspected the fascia boards which were actually wrapped in aluminum already so there was no need to replace any of that . My only complaint was their cleanup was less than stellar. The debris that was inside the gutters was all around the yard so I had to clean that up and the debris from their materials they threw in my recycle bin nails and screws and wood other items so I had to fish all of that out in order to get my recyclables into my recycle bin because my recycle bin is much smaller than my trash bin. Which they were sitting next to each other. All in all, good value for the money and esthetically pleasing. read more

I am very disappointed with this company and will never use them again! It was a disaster having to keep sending people back out to fix installation problems. The person that initially came out and drew up the design obviously had very little experience with gutters and he was the main problem. I had to have them come back several times to fix the placement issues. I definitely would not recommend this company. read more

Stay away from this company at all cost!! They destroyed my roof. They gave us a paper saying that they guarantee proper water-flow and a performance warranty. It states that they will re-align the gutters to do this. I found out that my gutters were under my shingles and they decided not to say anything but to just lift the shingles up away from the house and place the gutter covers and then layed the shingles back down over our gutters. This made shingles fall off and loosened the shingles that they ripped up. They knew very well that the product they were putting on would be useless because they layed shingles down on top of the gutters so it was like having no gutters at all. They just kept their mouths closed, took our money and left. They said they wouldn't help remedy the situation in any way. They said that we could pay them more money to come out and cut our shingles away from the gutter. The only thing is the roof company already told us that would void warranties on roofs. So these people are out here destroying roofs and voiding peoples warranties while charging them an arm and a leg. How is this place still in operation? Because of them we have to pay for a new roof... not to mention we have to pay to have solar panels removed in order to get the work done... a financial nightmare. When I ask about debris laying on this he told me it would blow off no mention that it's up to me to use a leaf blower to do it because that is not covered in the warranty. All I can say is ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU HIRE THIS COMPANY. Not happy with them. I wish I had ask questions about their warranty. I wish they had told me that if something is wrong, take pictures or video, if you don't we will charge you $75 for us to make the trip and $50 an hour to fix, if it is not under warranty. They do not explain what the warranty is or what it means when they are selling the product. So, please ask questions. I was under the impression from the salesman, if something seemed wrong, call and they would come out and check on it, and if it was their issue they would fix it. No where did they say if it isn't our issue, we will charge you $75 for us coming our and if we fix it, it will cost you $50 an hour. That was never said until I called with an issue. Contacted All American Gutter Protection through the Thumbtack app. Within a week I was contacted by them and the job is already done! (no other vendors responded, by the way) The VP of Sales, Spencer met with me to explain the benefits of their product and the disadvantage of the competitors. It was impressive and a combination of live demonstration and video. It was one of the best sales calls I've ever had! Joe and his installation partner showed up the next day (today) and were professional, on time, and finished the job within 2 1/2 hours. They cleaned our gutters and downspouts, installed the product, and did all repairs necessary. Fantastic. I'm looking forward to the next rainy day! read more

I did not have a good experience with this company. The salesman came out and gave us our estimate, even commenting on how cool it is that we have a tile roof. They came out a few weeks later to install the gutter guards, but could only do the first floor since they didn't have the equipment to get up on the tile roof. It took one and a half years for the company to tell me that it would cost an extra $10,000 to rent the equipment to manage my tile roof! So I have one level of gutter guards and just paid someone else to come and clean my gutters. I am disappointed that the salesman was only interested in making the sale, and not taking note of my property, to let me know that the company could not accommodate my specific house's needs. read more

All American Gutter Protection stood me up twice for installation after I'd driven over 2 hours to meet them at the new house, and had taken time off work. I asked Anthony, the installation manager, to call or have the owner call me after the second cancellation. Four days later, no call. I then messaged Ken, who sold me the product, and asked him to call me. No call from him either. Other public reviews mention being ghosted, and the company replied, citing labor shortages. Labor shortages and other issues happen. But that does not preclude you calling a customer to apologize or to reschedule. I waited a long time for installation -- I purchased gutter filters on April 15, and it's now nearly 2 months later. I am left starting from scratch, and getting new quotes, as my gutters sit here, still clogged and with no filters. I was really excited to go with a local business that wasn't a big chain, but the lack of customer service was beyond disappointing. If you can't show up to install, can't be bothered to even call the customer, what faith should people have in your product warranty? If you don't warrant a phone call after they stand you up twice, how would a problem after they've gotten your money warrant their attention? read more

Mike the customer representative was extremely rude and yelled at me that he would get to me as soon as they had another job in the area and that they would not specifically come out just for me. He also said that if I promised to give the company a good review and no bad review, he would complete the job. That was back in March 2023 and I never heard back. I also tried contacting the owner and never heard back. Workers left nails and screws all around my home including the driveway and the installers left a broken magnetic roller so I could pick up them myself. Stay away the company is TERRIBLE! read more

Not happy with company. Pine needles lay on gutter guard mesh blocking water going into gutters. Heavy winds do not blow needles off. Company says guards are working because nothing getting in gutter. Company refusing to remove guards and refund monies. Our old metal guards with perforated holes worked much better read more
