Initially, things went well, my husband liked Mr. Keith Edwards but when it came down to providing records, documentation of what was done, drawings, invoices and increased prices we were not given any of the basic deliverables. The slab was poured but it ran over and is shoddy work, the septic tank unearthed itself a month after they installed it. He doesn't return calls or texts and his office manager is of no support to get any proof of work completed or not. Try a DIFFERENT business and save yourself the headache. If you are working with Warren Crawley, his affiliate ADU Depot, run faster. They are not known for honoring their agreements.

They showed back up on a October 14,2020 only to do a few more hours of work and since then they have not taken any of our phone calls or responded to any text messages or emails sent to their office.
