Unfortunately, my tenants contacted me last week (Feb 2019) and told me the garbage disposal had stopped working. I really enjoyed Raymond's work so I contacted him again. He was slower to respond this time. It took him 2 days and I had to send a reminder message. He said he could stop by after 1pm the following day so I arranged to have a tenant home for him.
