However, they completely exceeded our expectations. They are a family-run business with multiple DJs, and they assign a DJ based on your music preferences and overall vibe. We provided a list of songs and general direction for the evening, and they followed it perfectly. The dance floor was packed the entire night. For any songs they didn't have available, they were flexible and allowed us to provide a USB, which ensured everything we wanted could still be played. They were also very attentive during key moments--when we shortened our first dance and mother-son dance, etc,, they picked up on it immediately and adjusted the music seamlessly. The DJ also added in songs that matched our taste without us even requesting them, which showed a great ability to read the crowd. Transitions between songs were smooth, and they did an excellent job of maintaining energy and flow throughout the night. We also had them make a couple of announcements, and everything was clear and easy for guests to hear. Overall, they delivered exactly the experience we were hoping for and helped create an incredible atmosphere for our wedding.

Rick is impossible to get a response from. When he finally responded, he refused to give the deposit back. I reminded him that he had told me I would get the money back, he said he remembered but would talk to his partner and get back to me. He never did and that was 3 weeks ago. Terrible customer relations. Only reason there is 1 star is that yelp would not let me give them a zero rating.

We used D & G Entertainment and it was thee best choice made. The DJ  was WONDERFUL!  He was dressed up... dress shirt, vest and dress pants......VERY PROFESSIONAL.  Sadly, I have noticed some DJs don't bother dressing appropriately (for their client's events). Earlier in the day  D & G Entertainment set-up everything. We went over everything I requested. I was able to submit a list of music prior, to the party.  My idea was to make sure our guests and 'Birthday Girl' had a great time dancing all night. The music was hot. DJ Denis was also able to accommodate requests. During dinner, he played Basa Nova jazz....nice ambiance music. D & G Entertainment also supplied a small light show.  Any concerns I had DJ Denis listened to and made changes to make sure everyone could take part in the entertainment.  His level of customer service was 100 %. When you have a seasoned DJ, you don't have to worry about anything.  He knows what he's doing. It's apparent, he loves what he does. D & G Entertainment dj-ed our wedding 30 years ago. I couldn't ask for a better DJ because we had the BEST!!! You can rent the lobby for $100 an hour and $150 for the night before for the rehearsal and decorate. There is a room downstairs for $75 and the theater for $400 and you need an union member if you want to use the stage the stage. These were also the prices in 2008. We got to use the dressing rooms, they set up all the chairs for us, and they let us have the run of the place for pictures (accept the stage). We had an issue with our party venue and almost couldn't get into it because the weekend manager died and the Pantages staff was ready to rally together and throw us a reception. They were so wonderful I can't even begin to touch on it. If you are looking for a fantastic alternative venue for any sort of event I recommend this place!! They also have plays and concerts and stuff like that

They brought a video, portfolios and pamphlets with information of everything we need to know about them.
