More concerning was how the hostess applied rules inconsistently. Some singers were allowed to put their names down again before performing, while I was told I could not. Later, my name was removed from the list and replaced with others ahead of me. Another patron also mentioned being skipped, which suggested favoritism. Overall, while the venue was enjoyable, the karaoke service felt poorly managed and unfair. Consistency and accurate equipment would make a big difference.
