The only thing I ate was the ham between the roll. I wouldn't cater a wedding or special function based on my first impression at all. Dry and lacked intentionally of branding yourself.

Although all the details had been confirmed in advance, she reached out to me on the day of asking to deliver the food several hours before the confirmed time, because she "had something else to do." I declined because we did not have a good way to store the food or take a delivery, but despite the fact that I told her all of this, she sent a delivery person over with the food hours early anyway. Really disappointed in the service and will save myself the stress in the future by using another caterer.
