Took my 5 month old puppy there yesterday cause he was pooping insanes about of blood, throwing up…read moreand refusing to eat or drink they tested for parvo told me it was negative gave me some meds for him and fluids cause they said he was dehydrated they said he just ate something bad and would fine in a couple days of me giving his medication this morning at 4:30 am I woke up to blood and throw up everywhere on my bed as he's next to me seizing I tried to help him but he passed, all could've been avoided with more testing and better observation, I went back there today after putting him to rest next to my moms old dog to bring the medicine back demand my money back and take my other dogs off there patient list, doors were locked before closing time and they wouldn't even acknowledge me, if u go here expect to bury your animal within the week, there fucking useless negative stars if possible

Our personal experience has been great both times! The doctors have always been caring & compassionate, and didn't make us feel like "crazy cat people" running to the vet at the first sneeze. The price was also reasonable -- we spent less than $100 at both visits for basic exam & medication. Our most recent appointment was on New Year's Eve, which was very convenient so our sick kitty didn't have to wait 2 more days to receive treatment! Love Village East. UPDATE 11/8/15: We had to finally take the 3rd cat in for something, and still had a great experience. Even though there wasn't anything wrong and we were just being paranoid pet parents, Village East made sure to explore the possibilities without charging us an arm & a leg. They even complimented us on our cat's name (Falkor) saying, "That's an awesome name for a cat." Love this clinic and will continue to use them whenever we need to (although, hopefully that won't be very often!)
