We've been taking our jack russell, Roxie, here for about 14 years (including the old location on Covert Ave) and have never had a problem. I don't know what happened with the other reviewer from 2011 about a dog with a razor burn, because that didn't sound at all like the people I know who work there or the business owner. They're very friendly people and talk calmly to my dog when they trim her nails since she's always shivering because of her original owners abuse on her. Roxie goes about once a month for her nails, teeth brushed, and a bath for around $20, no appointment needed generally. They take good care of her and sometimes give the dog's treats. Only once did someone accidentally clip her nail too short, but medically treated it and apologized profusely. They even groom their own dogs there. When we started going, there was a small grey and white dog and a pomeranian (the one in the pictures, Bear). They did amazing jobs and those dogs were loved very much and now their dog, Denver, gets just as much love and grooming quality as all other dogs that go through their doors. Again, I don't know what happened with the other reviewer, but it doesn't add up to my experiences. read more

No stars, if I could. My poor dog got a severe razor burn on his bottom from this place. When I called to ask about it, and then also brought him back in to show them, they refused responsibility. They said it might be "worms or a gross dog condition relating to the anus". He just went to the vet: he's a happy, healthy dog. Or was before the major discomfort caused by their piss-poor grooming work. Then they tried to explain the razor burn with "sometimes when the hair is matted, we have to cut very close." However, he didn't has any matting on his bottom! Even more disheartening, for a place that is supposed to "spoil" my dog while he is placed in their care, my dog was shivering, whimpering from fright while we were in there again. Meanwhile, they are denying that there were any problems whatsoever. What happened to business ethics? Is this refusal of responsibility because my dog can't talk? I worry for the other dogs who walk out "fine" and "spoiled" from this business. A few days later, a call from the owner. She told me to not return to her grooming service, because I "do not take good care of my dog". This conjectural assault is based on ... the morning he spent at the groomer's, during which her employee gave him a razor burn and lied to me about it (?). Then she continued to talk over me and hung up the phone. Professional, a very professional way to run to a business. read more

I have been taking my Westies to All Dogs R Spoiled for several years now. I have always been "beyond" satisfied with their service. I have tried several other places that are closer to my residence, but have been unable to find anyone who can provide the great cut that my dog Max, and previous Westie, Lucy...received. It is definitely worth the trip across town! read more

They have a great daycare staff, outstanding groomers, and clean facility for boarding. My dogs look forward to daycare and I look forward to their exhaustion when they come home.
