This is my second time using All Bright Windows cleaning. I love doing business with Ken . He's honest, reliable, and gives excellent recommendations on services that he sees fit. Yesterday, Alex came to my house for the window cleaning. He was on time, very respectful of my time and my business. I work from home so Alex went and cleaned my home office window first so that I can have uninterrupted day in the office. I love that! He also cleaned my shower glass doors and bathroom mirrors. When I walked into the master bathroom I had feeling I walked into brand new bathroom. He managed to clean water build up on the shower doors completely. Ken showed up with Francisco to do my windows. They showed up on time. The windows looked okay at first however there were a many streaks from squeegeeing I saw later as the sun hit them. I was told the window seals would be vacuumed and cleaned however I have opened many windows up and that is not the case. The price went up from the original quote over the phone due to some "build" up on the windows. However when spoke on the phone the price was suppose to come down since I didn't have screens I also saw Ken dipping his bucket in my pool for water. Better than I could ever have expected! Ken and his team were punctual, friendly, fair and did a phenominal job! I just moved into a new home and the windows were so filthy I could barely see out. When they were finished, my six sliders looked like new. Ken also did all of the mirrors throughout the house, and I never new what "clean" mirrors were before that. One year ago I moved into Cathedral Canyon Country Club. I am in a 2nd floor condo and tried so hard to get a quote for window washing inside and out. None of the businesses I contacted would even come for a quote. I gave up. Two weeks ago I returned home in the afternoon to find the truck from All-Bright Window Cleaning in my parking lot and they were washing a 2nd floor unit just like mine! I spoke with the technician and got the business card. I contacted Ken, the owner, and I was set up for a cleaning in 2 days. I cannot tell you how satisfied I am with the service and work performed. Francisco, the technician, was assigned to my job and did just an outstanding job of removing and cleaning all the screens, washing the windows inside and out, and threw in the large mirrors in my 2 bathrooms! It took him about 3 hours to do the job and he was careful coming in and out of the house, wearing shoe covers to protect the carpet and was friendly and answered all my questions. The price for all this turned out to be $175! My windows and sliders to the patio are all cleaned to perfection. Amazing how much more light comes in now that the windows are so clean. At that price I may choose to do it twice a year. read more

Ken, Frank and Desmond came out yesterday to clean the outside of my windows. Called in advance to confirm. Showed up ON TIME. Extremely professional,polite and did a great job. It was a newly built home and the windows never came out better. Ken even cleaned the tracks. Now for the first time I can see the WHITE tracks the way they should of been by other cleaners. I recently purchased a home in Palm Springs. It had been vacant for a long time and the sprinklers had been watering the windows. What a mess. I Called All Bright based on Yelp rating. The lived up to their high rating. Ken came out prior to the job to take a look and talk about what I wanted. When the crew came they were very pleasant and quick to get to work. They wore shoe covers whenever the were inside the house. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of the work. Ken came to check on the job.
