They cleaned the floors, walls, fans... dusted everything, made the bathrooms look great, and checked in to make sure that if anything wasn't up to par that they could address it while there. We found them helpful and fast, and will hire them again. I feel like the cost is totally worth it. $150 for a regular clean and $300 for a deep clean. The cost varies depending upon the size of the house and what's needed, so those prices were what she quoted us.

There have been…read moresmall problems from the beginning, which I chose to overlook because the work was good: poor response to messages, mixing up days where a cleaning was asked for, some basic cleaning issues, breakage/chipping of several dishes and a living room lamp, etc. No service is perfect, so I decided to manage with the negatives. Today's cleaning was a different story: my home is very neat and sparsely furnished with white walls and light floors, so it needs real cleaning and not tidying up. Dorma knows this, as we discussed it at the beginning. I came home today directly after a cleaning and all of the baseboards and the corners in my 1BR home were still filthy. We live in the desert - and I live in the "wind tunnel" - so it is clear what needs to be done to keep a home clean. She charges $120 to clean a 1BR condo with 3 people (no windows), which takes them about 1:15, so it ends up being around 4 hours of total work. It's a high, but fair, price... if the work lives up to a high standard. When I texted Dorma with photos of the filthy rags - because I had to clean again right after her team left - her response was "we don't do baseboards". No apology, no "we'll do better next time"... just a "it's not our job'" I disagree - it IS their job to clean my house completely. Customers beware: when you use Dorma's Cleaning Service, this is the treatment you get.

It's always scary having someone come to do work on your house, but our Reinmanpro team were amazing the whole way through. I called on 6/25 to book an inspection, and they were able to come out a week later to get us set up with a quote. Mark came out to help us and I knew we were in good hands! He was super thorough, answered our questions, and even brought something up we hadn't thought about: our HOA! This felt like a no brainer for us because it was to protect our home, but he was totally right, we did need to go through our HOA approval process. The HOA was the slowest part of the experience. In anticipation for that, Mark provided us with 2 quotes Mark kindly checked in to see how things were going and if we needed anything else from him and the team. When we FINALLY got approval from the HOA, I contacted Mark (7/20) and he was able to get in touch with the team for us to get installation services THE SAME WEEK!!! This team is amazing. For installation, we had Armando & Robert, again, both super professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. We wanted to make sure that our garage was open for them so that they had a staging area if they needed it, and make sure that they had access to a bathroom, but we also have two very curious kitties. We gave them a heads-up, and they were both very understanding, accommodating, and careful when they came inside. Installation took ~4 hours (which is so much faster than I thought it was going to be), and the results already look beautiful. In addition to the bird proofing, the team cleaned our solar panels (I had no idea they would be that dusty after just 1 year). We are absolutely getting on there annual plan for solar panel cleaning, which is a huge relief for us because I know that this team will take care of our house like it was their own. All of the staff were considerate and communicative. We were able to get scheduled for a quote within a week of calling, and when Mark came out to do a walkthrough, he was incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all of our questions. Because we live in a neighborhood with an HoA, it took us a while to get permission to do the installation, and ReinmanPro was polite & patient about checking in with us without being pushy. Their pricing was reasonable, and they provided us with quotes for both "just netting" and "netting + spikes", so that we were prepared regardless of what the HoA determined was allowed. Thankfully we were able to do the full install, rather than a partial. Installation was scheduled quickly, for the same week that we accepted a quote. The day-of installation was quick and easy, taking only about 4 hours. Armando and Robert did a fantastic job, treating both us and our home with respect. In addition to the bird-proofing device installation, they also washed our solar panels, cleaned the gutters, and did a full clean-up of the worksite. They gave us a ton of before and after pictures from every angle, so we could see exactly what work was completed. Overall, ReinmanPro did great work, and we are planning to have them back once a year for solar panel cleaning. I'd like to give a big thank you to Mark, Armando, and Robert!
