I was able to contact her back 2 days later to request the "proposal", she had my email, but never sent it to me until I asked over the phone. I'm not sure if she had other things to do, but the email didn't come through so I let her know through Yelp messages and she resent it again. Third times the charm! Unfortunately even with the discount they are a lot pricier than some other competitors and I still have my doubts about this company. I hope others have a better experience than I did, although it wasn't that bad, but I do like people who can deliver what was promised in a timely manner or an update at least if the proposal wasn't ready. I would give this company zero stars if possible. I messaged them about a getting an estimate and their manager Jessica responds. She asks me to look on their website and they would be able to give me an estimate, I sent them a design I was interested in and she said she would have Jonathan come out to do an estimate for me. I sent the design 6/29/19 9:42am and no response until 7/9/19 at 9:35am. At this point I'm already skeptical and also told Jessica I Hope if I do go with their company, I wouldn't have any timely issues like this. She assured me I would. I went ahead and scheduled the estimate for 7/10/19 at 10am and was told I'd get the estimate in a few days. 7/17/19 I message Jessica again and asked for a status. She says she will reach out to Jonathan and get back to me, but another day has passed. Currently 7/18/19 at 3:32pm. After reading a review about this company having contract issues and putting liens on peoples property, I'm definitely going to steer clear of them. I find it also odd they looked up who the owner of the property I requested an estimate to be made on as well. I have not had this issue with other fabricators.

My dog got injured when his nail got caught in a gap between steel privacy paneling that covered the back of our steel gate. His nail split and caused an emergency visit to the vet with weeks of recovery time. We needed to get the broken panels fixed as soon as possible to prevent further injury to pets and humans that touch the gate and asked for quotes through Yelp featuring pictures of the fence with measurements and noting the injury to my dog. It does not. My enclosure is not secure. I called, left messages, to both the owner and the office, sent texts, sent emails, even sent a certified letter.
