The installation completed successfully. One complaint I had with Tony, the manager, was that the installation alone dragged on for three days, not including one day for the footing, one day for city inspection, and one day delayed; otherwise, it would have been six days, so minus one star. Minus another two stars was the result after talking to Tony. He blew up after I mentioned the above, which upset me and caused me some stress. It's not practical to write down everything, but it's unprofessional for Tony to keep cutting me off and raising his voice over a minor issue. Ultra Patios was probably the 5th quote I received. My one and only complaint is that they were the 5th company I called and received a quote on; they should've been my first. From start to finish, my sales lady, Trish, (yes, a female- who knows all about the business and more than men probably--lol), was super informative, responsive, heard my needs, and was quick to the point. She didn't attempt to humor me about how amazing her company was or how many awards they have won professionally. She was "this is what we can do, this is what we can't, but I can get someone who can, etc" Two weeks later after the permit was completed, my patio was installed within a week and we were good to go. We had our patio of 36x9 installed in the same day. This company is great, the work my wife and I wanted done was done correct the first time. The price was better than all the other companies, I did have 5 companies compete for the same job and looked at views. Some wanted more and I was told the tariffs of material was going to be 25% more and that is why the price is high now days. They told me that that is not true, there are 2 places in Vegas that sell the same material and that 25% is not true and it was more like 3%. Doing my own investigating looking at the stock market and reading he news, I knew that the price of Aluminum did not go up 25%. Very happy with the colors and the way it turned out. Our only issue was the lack of communication day of our install. They had confirmed a 7-11am start time a few days prior. However we were the ones to call the office twice that day (Friday) to try and see if there was a new ETA as we took off work and waited around at home all day. The guys got there at 5pm. They worked a little but then came back the next morning to finish it. Due to the pandemic, the city was not very responsive in delivering the permits in order for Ultra to start construction, so what should have been a two week project ended up being a two month project.
