It is my duty to warn you off this company. I paid $21,000 for a job that they did not do, a job…read moreprompted by our number one concern, a sinking dining room floor. It was my first concern, the first issue I raised with them, the number one thing we wanted done. They sold me a helical pier job with the contention that it would fix my sunken floor. I SPECIFICALLY asked about it and I was assured it would be handled. Near the end of the job, I asked why the floor hadn't come up as much as I would have liked and there were no good answers. After much note-taking and photographs and questions and repeated visits, I was just informed they consider this job done. They will not be doing anything else to support the floor in my dining room (unless I'm willing to cough up more money) and they also aren't willing to do any of the grading in my yard to make sure the ground slopes away from the new egress window they installed. I have 15 pages of notes and photographs detailing every aspect of what a disaster this has been. Worked through a torrential rainstorm, tried to get away without completing the job, didn't clean up, encountered issues with the egress window cover and didn't even bother to bring them up, and most of all, THEY THINK THEY'RE DONE when the primary reason I called them (the floor) is still a problem. I will NEVER recommend American Waterworks to another person, and I will go out of my way to share my experience with anybody who wants a recommendation. STAY FAR AWAY from American Waterworks. I'm considering legal action. They should be ashamed of themselves. Straight up profiteering and greed.

Please do not waste your money.

Jesse Trebil Foundation Systems/Safe Basements came to the rescue and installed their drain tile systems inside and outside the foundation, plus a series of sump pumps and more that thankfully protected us from black mold before an almost a permanent disaster for our Jamestown family home. My mother Glory couldn't stop talking about how respectful, kind and professional the Jesse staff were that literally saved our bacon for a planned reunion of 7 kids, 23 grand children, and 6 great grand children! Our Mom died last year, but the peace of mind and family reunion memory fun lingers in what would've turned into a family reunion swamp if not for the customized solution to her home foundation water leak problem. That was one of Mom's happiest memories in her final years. She taped a letter to her refrigerator that was sent and signed by Jesse Trebil asking her to call him personally if any future nature problem arose after the excellent work that was done to restore her finished basement. That phone call was never was needed. However, the letter is still there and will stay on the fridge as we're keeping Mom's home in the family for future reunions with a dry, warm and safe basement! Thank you sincerely! Pat Ebertz, St. Cloud

He has fixed my chimney, remodeled an office space, put up thin brick in a stairwell and cut down trees in my yard. I've been very satisfied with all the work Nathan has done. His quality of work makes him stand out, leaving a product that I've always been more than impressed with. With his expertise and knowledge and being able to tailor the product to what the customer wants, I have no doubt that you'll be happy with the service and product too. Masonry can be messy work but he keeps the space tidy during the process and will leave you with a high quality, good looking, affordable product that will last for many years. I highly recommend!

Heartland Masonary (Nathan Perry) was very quick to respond to me and get me an estimate. 6/16/23…read morean estimate cost was agreed on and a deposit was paid to him for materials. Nathan told me that he would have the job completed by the end of July. 8/7/23 I reached out to him to find out a timeline. He said it will be another two weeks at most but not to be pushed out beyond that. 8/28/23 he asks if he can set up, I say of course anytime. 8/29/23 he set up a scaffolding around 8am. 10:30am that same day he tells me the bricks needed are a special order and would take another week or two. I agree to wait. 10/13/23 I ask him about the brick order. 10/14/23 He says he forgot about me and will check with the brick supplier. I say ok. 10/15/23 he says he dropped the ball on things with the brick supplier, but will let me know in the morning on the situation. 10/16/23 in the afternoon I ask him what he found out. 10/24/23 I call the brick supplier to find out, they have had no contact with Nathan for a while. I then message Nathan and tell him that due to winter near, I'd just like my deposit back and revisit things in the spring. Nathan then tells me that the brick supplier is able to get the bricks and they are on the way. I call the brick supplier back to find out they still haven't talked to him. I told Nathan I would like my deposit back. He agreed. 11/22/23 I ask for my money again. He said he can only pay half right now. I said I need my full deposit back by 12/1/23 or I will have to contact my lawyer. 11/30/23 Nathan takes down the scaffolding and tells me he will drop off a check in the morning. He never did. 12/3/23 As of current, he has made no contact with me or paid a cent back.
