Then when we chose different sample for both hardwood and carpets, he went to check the prices of each one for 15 minutes each time. No way it takes that long to look up the price individually. The carpet installer did a good job but left the place a mess. I thought they would have at least cleaned up or vacuumed. The hardwood installer did a good job. Don't remember name, possibly Doug. But Paul overcharged us quite a bit including boxes of hardwood not used by us. Luckily we noticed and told him to change the bill. Not happy with Paul one bit.

I can't praise the staff at Carpet World enough. When I went to the showroom, every single staff member was friendly, polite and helpful. I worked directly with Brenda, who I'd highly recommend. She was knowledgeable, gave me her professional opinion and I never once felt like I was being pushed or rushed to make a decision I wasn't comfortable with. So much for their statement about engineered bamboo flooring having extra strength, total bull.
