Had the system turned on 3 weeks ago for $121 and the tech reports everything is fine. I was in and out and couldn't walk through with him. System set to go on at 5AM so i just trust it. This weekend i turned on to visually test system myself and one head was frozen. System is 7 months old by the way, installed end of season last October. Called in and a snarky woman told me that heads are tricky and since the tech reported "no problems" found therefore he must have checked all the heads. Now it's going to cost me $105 to send a tech to just "look" at it. I normally don't write reviews. I only wrote a positive one when they installed it because the manager asked me to help boost the foreman's bonus. But this woman turned me off about the company and i need to write this review for people to see. I'm not really upset that the head is frozen. I just don't like the way that woman talks to people. She has a condescending way about her. read more

I would like to recommend All County Irrigation in Wayne NJ. I was replacing my sprinkler system and got just one other quote, and All County was way, way more reasonable. All the timing went smoothly. Jimmy came promptly for a quote, the work was scheduled promptly, and when I wanted some heads adjusted, Jimmy came quickly again to re-set. Crew was great and the rip up of the lawn was minimal and it was put back very nicely. All was great. read more

Had Saturday AM appointment. No show. Prepare to wait all day and end up with a no show. Ugh. Called but answering service lady could not help. She couldn't check the appointment status and said leave a message for someone to respond on MONDAY! Not sure why they have a human answering service when she is not able to do anything but take a message for the next business day. read more

Came recommended by our landscaper. Very responsive and got the job done. Jimmy is pretty great. Even after installation he still deals with you directly. We had 9 zones installed. Unfortunately after we installed it's rained non stop for the last two years! But great to have it since we plant a lot of plants every year so we can set it and forget it! We had a couple of minor issues after install that Jimmy and his crew took care of in the first year. read more

I had a sprinkler system installed today. The way they left my property, you couldn't tell they were there. I spoke with other sprinkler companies, and Jimmy was willing to explain what the guys would do and answer any questions I had. The others weren't that way. They just measured and qu oted. Junior and the crew were great guys to have working here. Even my dog likes them, and he's very weary of strangers. service technician came to house for basic sprinkler winterization. It was clear the tech had no idea what he was doing ( rude and unprofessional) I ended up with a damaged value and water leaking out. No winterization completed. He said they would come back next week to try and fix?? I then tried to call the company and the after hours rep said they dont return calls until Monday. Thankfully I was able to contact a reputable company to come quickly and do the needed repairs which cost me $515. read more

I asked them to come this summer and run our sprinkler system. After the guy came and left we realized the system was NOT running! We had to call for a 'comeback' visit to get it going and they charged us again! Now I got my first monthly water bill and it is HUGELY higher than any of the summer months of 2021. The water company told me one daily run is going for 6.5 hrs straight and spends OVER 3,300 gallons!! Outrageous. I don't normally write reviews but I felt the need to do it this time. Jimmy was amazing. I first contacted Jimmy during the height of COVID in 2020. He was 1 of 5 companies I called to get a quote on sprinklers on a 1/2 acre lot. At the time, I decided to wait until things were a little back to normal. Flash forward to 2022 and when it came down to calling one of the 4 companies that provided me a quote, there was no question who I was going to call back - Jimmy. He was very professional and informative. I felt he was giving me a class on irrigation installs and the dos and don'ts. It was amazing. I am passionate about people who take pride in their work and Jimmy was definitely it. On install day, they came on time (15 mins early actually) and promptly started laying down pipes. It was a hot day +95 degrees and they worked tirelessly all day. Junior operated a big machine inserting the pipes into the soil without the need to dig trenches. Miguel was on point and was super courteous asking permission anytime he needed to access the house to run the main line. Three more guys were on site - Jeremiah, Juan and Justine - but were amazing and equally courteous and professional. The three Js were in charge of installing the heads and their placement was on point. After the heads were installed, all five guys went zone by zone and aligned the sprinkler heads. They finished on time and cleaned up after. It was so good and clean, that my wife asked "did they come" after she arrived after a long day of work. She couldn't even tell what they did until I showed her pictures of the install and the sprinkler heads. She was shocked. :-) All in all, I highly recommend All County and all the work they did. I can't thank Jimmy, Miguel, Junior, Jeremiah, Juan and Justine enough for all the work they did. It was truly one of the best experiences from a group of guys doing work at my house. We called them to send somebody for our sprinklers, they said they will send somebody FIRST thing in the morning (asked all our info) , we call next morning, they didn't even put us on the schedule. We call again ,they said somebody will be there at noon. 12pm comes, we call again, they said after 2pm. so we spend entire day at home waiting for them, 6pm already nobody here yet, and nobody showed up at all of course. it's 12/28 now and they sent me INVOICE for a job they never showed up to fix. So you can send invoices, but can't send a man to fix the problem? The worst company there is, avoid at all costs!! read more

First let me say Jimmy Scarmazzo is the man. I installed my sprinkler system in late winter and saved a couple bucks doing so by being accommodating to Jimmy's schedule. Not a huge savings but every little bit helps. When I first turned on the sprinkler system for its first use there was a small leak. I called Jimmy and he sent over a technician (Bill) same day to rectify the small problem. Bill was knowledgeable, friendly, wore a mask inside which I appreciated, and fixed the problem expeditiously. Good service is hard to come by, but Jimmy lives up to his warranty that he provides on paper! If you hire All County Irrigation make sure to keep Jimmy Scarmazzo's business card and all will be well. The office number is useless as they promised a call back and never lived up to the promise of a call back (the office woman could of been friendlier and more helpful). Water under the bridge, Jimmy made everything right and same day. Request technician Bill. Knowledgeable, courteous , and friendly service is important to me. read more
