We contacted J&C Irrigation for a quote and they were able to send someone immediately. They recommended modification of an existing zone into a separate drip irrigation zone that was designed to include all the new plantings, and it was a perfect solution. The work was performed promptly, which was a great help to keeping the trees well-watered immediately after planting. After the work was done, we had questions about the drip zone coverage, so someone came right away to address our questions so we understood clearly how the drip zone was operating. They also provided assistance on how to adjust and modify the watering program at the controller for these changes. Very pleased and would certainly recommend.

We hired them to do the driveway. The rest of it was purely pride in the service they deliver. I have never seen such amazing attention to detail in a landscaping/snow removal company before. They're beyond the best I've ever seen - they redefined what "the best" should even be. To his credit, after my distress about this he got somebody else in the area to look at it who found the problem of a broken pipe pretty quickly. Still, it can be very hard to get an appointment for an end-of-the-year shut down and they don't give you a window of time in which you have to be home until the previous day which is hard for a working mom with kids. I'm trying out another service. In addition when I asked them about a service called both for irrigation and lighting, they were going to charge me a different and very high service call fee for the lighting, even though I wanted both at once.

He quoted me a reasonable price and could accommodate me soon. Sam came to do the job. We put new batteries in the timer. But it didn't seem to be working properly. Sam said that not only was it not working properly, but that it wasn't an outdoor clock. Said we should replace it. Of course I was stressed at something not working and really stressed at the thought of what it would cost to replace. Sam looked at a price list from his supplier and said that a clock for 2 zones was only $125. Ok, not terrible. But how many hundreds and hundreds was the installation going to cost? He said "I came to get your system going for the season. I have to do whatever it takes to do that. There's no extra fee for that." I thought that I couldn't passably be hearing correctly. No extra cost? He and his assistant went and got the new timer and came back. But he said he wanted to mount it inside rather than where the old one was, outside my house. He didn't have a drill long enough to go through the wall to run the wire from the sprinkler system to the timer. So, came back after the weekend and did it. I did have to pay for the new timer and another small part that had burned out. But as far as labor, not a penny more than the original price to turn on the system! That is unheard-of these days! I'm so happy to have a new, reliable service and happy to recommend them.
