I decided to give All County Waste another chance since they have a new owner. They changed alot. Everyone was friendly, the container showed up on time, the price was the best I could find. The driver placed wood under the container to prevent damage. Looks like they got all new trucks and containers. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Bryce my supposedly service advisor does not answer my calls never returns calls and always has an excuse for why they didn't show up when i finally get him by using another cell number to call him on I guess he blocked or sees it's me and doesn't take the call. Always ads an overweight charge and there drivers are idiots and rude. They sent me an invoice for services 15 days after a service and called my client and threatened to lien the property 12 days after service (with no invoice having been sent) there are many reputable dumpster companies out there. I ordered a 10 yard dumpster from Fabian and he delivered me a 20 yard dumpster. I had to put plywood down across the street so the truck driver didn't damage the turf across the street from my house. The truck damaged the plywood but not my neighbors was not. When they came back to pick up the dumpster, I had to purchase more plywood and with the same results. I ended up throwing the plywood away and had to pay for the dump fee. The manager called and tried to tell me that they couldn't have done a better delivery. Scumbag company. Confirmed on Monday that they would deliver a dumpster between noon and one on Friday. Had guys at my house ready to start demo. At 2 nobody had shown up. I sent a text and got a response that they were running late due to a scale issue. By 4, the dumpster was still not here. I called this time and now they were not responding to texts or phone calls, even their main office line. No explanation, attempt to solve the problem, or anything. I called another firm who is delivering one on Saturday at a much higher rate (but at least they will show up). Stay away from this bush league company. read more

The employees do not care about you. They will send you a container in areas where they are not permitted or allowed with a smile, then play dumb when you get fined by code enforcement. The worst is they claim to be next day service if needed but will let your container sit until they need it back due to lack of inventory and a strategy of the longer it sits the more you fill it which causes you to go over the max tonnage rate. They will tell you their one star reviews are from previous ownership and that things have changed, however, that is all a facade. The previous manager "Alan Alvarez" is still in charge and the new owner has zero clue so he depends on Alan to run the business. And at the end of the day i was ready to remodel my business unbelievable!!. Should have trusted the reviews on this business!!!! Excuse after excuse with no delivery as promised. Hired workers to help move items into dumpster at promised time in the am and paid them for nothing cause no dumpster was delivered as promised! I contact the owner "Alan" and ask what happened and he simply tells me that they will be there "later". Despite offering my patience, I call back at almost 2pm to ask again where the dumpster is after being told it was next for delivery at 10am the owner begins to go on and on about offering more excuses. Sounded drunk and was just unprofessional and tacky as all get out! Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere. In July, 2021 All County Waste brought a dumpster to my house as I was getting a new roof. When they came, they slammed the dumpster on my driveway. I was home and I hear it. I came outside and saw they created a HUGE hole (see pics below) 1 foot deep and 1 foot wide, but also caused the surrounding driveways within 1 foot of the hole to rise up and needed to be replaced as well (2 foot surrounding damage, 1 foot deep damage). I called the company and the business had an attitude when I text them the pics. They said it was the roofers fault for throwing the old roof tiles into the bin. I said that is not the case because the damage was caused when they slammed down the dumpster as I was there and the roofer didn't start the work yet. Then, the company said the roofers should have put down wood planks and that would have not caused the damage. Then they said it was my fault because there was some already cracks in my driveway. They are not being responsible and refused to fix the driveway. This company damaged my property and then they refused to fix it. Avoid this company. I couldn't believe they would take responsibility for their actions. In addition to that big hole in my driveway the other side of the dumpster was slammed into my grass area destroying the grass and uplifting the dirt in the yard. False Advertising. Bait and Switch. Horrible customer service. Unprofessional. I've had such a bad experience with this company. I found them on a Google search, reviewed their site and decided to book because they advertised same day delivery. I actually needed a dumpster for the next day so I placed my order online. I received 3 emails immediately, one was a receipt, one was a log in set up for their site, and the third was a delivery reminder for the day I needed it. These emails contained a contact person named Damian Alvarez and a 305 number for him. A while later I received a call from Damian saying that he didn't have a dumpster for the day I needed it and asked if I would be willing to wait for the following day (Saturday) for a 9 am drop off. I agreed to wait the extra day. Saturday came and by 11 am the delivery still hadn't arrived with no call from any one. I contacted Damian on the 305 number provided in the emails. I left a voicemail and then sent a text asking for an ETA. No response. I sent a follow up text expressing my concern of not hearing from anyone and not having received my delivery. He then responded to me via text saying it was his day off and that he's just an employee with no control of the operations. He was upset that I contacted him on his personal cell number. He said they are closed on the weekends and there was no one to help me and that I would be refunded my money. Mind you these texts were not nice and I wish I could post the screen shots to display the unprofessionalism and nasty attitude. How would I know that the number provided is a personal number? How would I know it's his day off? And how would I know the office is closed if their Google listing shows them open from 7-7 Mon-Sun?! He then said he would contact the driver to see where he was at. The delivery never came and they still have my money. Its interesting too that this company's entity is registered under a Samantha Alvarez. Same last name, coincidence? Not so sure. read more

They also threated me to dump all my trash on my fron yard if I dont pay them more money (all this along with cursing and yelling).
