There were some scheduling complications early on, but they were more than accommodating and were able to reschedule the pick-up promptly. The responsiveness of the company is the best yet. The phones don't go to voicemail and they get back to you in a timely fashion each time they promise to. We had some miscommunication in regards to the quote that was given when I initially arranged to have the junk removed from the yard, and the misunderstanding resulted in a charge higher than I believed to have agreed to. Requested removal of a downed Queen Palm debris left after a wind storm this month. It was about…read more30' tall and hanging wedged into another tree branch. The job consisted of a number of challenges. The majority of the work had to be done from the Neighbors yard with their permission. The Palm needed to be cut down and safely guided away from a fence to avoid damage to other property. The job took about 4 hours to complete and compile all of the debris into the truck. The surrounding area and the neighbors yard were meticulously cleaned. Honestly- you could not tell there was a downed tree hanging in the back yard. I am completely happy with the service and would highly recommend this company for both workmanship and professionalism.
