The man on the phone was extremely rude with his attitude and tone of voice. He told me that it was Friday night, he was busy, and that I had just sent him the information. Like I said his tone of voice and attitude was extremely rude. Being a first time customer and never bonding someone out before I didn't realize how the process worked or how long I should have waited prior to calling back. Even though he was rude I apologized for "rushing" him and waited patiently for a call back. 20 hours later and I still didn't receive a call so I sent him a text letting him know I was upset with his customer service and the fact that he didn't call me back which I'm assuming is due to me "rushing" him. I also let him know I would be posting a review. I got a reply back stating he called me, which he did not. ( I double checked call log ad voicemail). He also let me know lying on a review would be slanderous.. which came off as a threat to me and then at the point let me know he could still help me if needed. I say 1 star because my initial interaction with this company was horrible, I was treated poorly on the phone, then I was ignored, and lastly threatened about being slanderous for posting an honest review. I would stay away from this company and go elsewhere if this is how they treat potential clients.
