The front desk was always super friendly, but when it came to my braces, things fell short. The orthodontist was constantly in a rush, and on the day my braces were removed, he snapped at a staff member right in front of me--it was awkward and unprofessional. It also felt like the team was always changing. One assistant during my retainer molding was so inexperienced that water was dripping everywhere and ruining my makeup. When I asked for a face mask to cover up the mess, her reaction was pretty dismissive. Not cool. The removal process itself was rough. They left glue on my teeth and even left a noticeable indent on my canine from the drill. My teeth look a little better than before, but honestly, I expected more care and attention for the price. If you're after quality care with some respect and attention to detail, look elsewhere. Please do yourself a favor and do not come here! read more

SIMON YASHARI shouldn't be working on people's mouths or with people in general. He was very unhappy and made me extremely physically and emotionally uncomfortable. He was in such a rush that he poked me all around my face and lips (extioror and interior cheeks & lips) my tongue and the roof of my mouth. Dr. Yashari was rough during my procedure and made rude, uncalled-for comments that made me feel judged and uncomfortable. He showed no concern for my comfort or how I was feeling, and I've spoken with others who've seen him and said the same thing. His attitude isn't just off -- it's consistently disrespectful. To make things worse, the front desk staff were completely unprofessional. While I was sitting in the waiting area, they were openly talking badly about other patients -- right in front of me. It was so uncomfortable and disrespectful. If they're willing to speak like that in front of people, I can only imagine what they say behind closed doors. My son had to have a crown done. They submitted the paperwork twice to the insurance company incorrectly which delayed my son's care. Now that the tooth is rotted, they refuse to help. He also got his wisdom teeth removed there and even when they did that it took over two hours to be seen with a scheduled appointment. Very unprofessional and do not recommend. read more

This is truly the bottom of the barrel as far as dentists go! I went in for an 11:30 appointment and walked out at 1:30 pm! I had three infected teeth and the dentist's solution was to just pull them out rather than fix them! I'm thinking that the dentist would prescribe antibiotics but then the nurse at the front desk informs me that they don't write prescriptions for anything! She said to either go to the ER or to my primary care doctor to get antibiotics! Last time I checked all dentists should be able to write prescriptions! The quality of care really blew my mind! I was in so much pain and they could care less! They chose to bill my insurance for as much as they could! I will never return! read more

Worst experiences my wife and I have ever had..my wife had her teeth pulled October 30th last year and had to wait over 5 weeks for her dentures and they have never fit properly besides having multiple bone chips that they said just had to work their way out not counting they charged $1000.00 for sedation even though their web page showed a special for $300.00 bunch of crooks. I had my teeth pulled Dec. 20th and had to wait over four weeks for mine that do not fit right either. Our six month reline was supposed to be covered under the original charges but when we returned for the service we were told by Dr. Simon that I would have to pay an additional $200.00 and my wife's would cost us $400.00 really bad office to deal with would not recommend them to my worst enemy.........! ! read more

They take 1 hour to even acknowledge you are there and another hour to see you as a patient. When they do see you they don't answer any questions, in fact they rush your appointment. They are not gentle at all with anything they are doing. During wisdom teeth extraction, I even woke up mid way and when I voiced what happened it was brushed off as if it was normal. Called in to ask for an appointment cause I got referral out to get root canals done I express this to the person on the phone. Had my appointment at 2:00 pm and realize they scheduled 5+ people for the same time the place smelled and looked uncleaned and they were playing club music I was very confused on the decor and the staff looked lost and confused the whole time. I was finally called in close to 2:50 and all they said was they weren't able to do my root canals till 2-3 years from now. So if you're trying to get anything done definitely don't recommend this place the energy was off and I just knew I wasn't gonna let them touch my teeth they looked unprofessional from the start. They're overboard with patients at this place. Staff is always rushing and you have no time to ask questions. The dentists get irritated when you try to talk to them about what's going on with your braces. If they're working on your teeth and you express pain or discomfort they're annoyed at you. You're treated as just another number and nothing else. It feels like they hate their job and they hate you tbh. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The service is rapidly declining. I just want to say I HIGHLY recommend this establishment for any and all of your dental needs. I came in and was treated w nothing but kindness from Dr and all his staff. I had all four wisdom teeth removed at once & had to go under anesthesia which I was so nervous about, but Dr and his assistant Deb both were so genuine and put my mind at ease. We had no issues during//after my procedure. I had minimal pain & swelling. If you have any concerns Dr gets back to you very quickly & makes sure you're satisfied//taken care of. My husband went in a week ago for his wisdom teeth removal. When he called beforehand to ask how much it would be and if insurance would cover he was told he would only have to pay a certain amount. When he arrived at his appointment and signed in he was required to pay $280 on top of the original price of $400. After the surgery he was not provided with a syringe for after the four days to keep his sockets clean. He goes in due to extreme pain and finds out he has dry socket and the doctor charged him an extra fee for the syringe he was supposed to give him for free. He wasn't informed he would be charged again. read more

Mixed review for me here. The orthodontist I saw was wonderful! Doctor G I think they called him (his name was hard to pronounce). I saw him twice and he was literally the nicest, most respectful doctor of any type I have ever met. Very knowledgeable and gentle and caring. He even tried to save me money even though it made him lose out on cash I was willing to pay. Great doctor here. BUT The lady at the front desk is TERRIBLE! She was rude to me everytime I have called or visited the office. I have been trying to cancel an appointment for 2 days and they just keep putting me on hold for 30+ minutes! I hung up and kept calling until they acknowledged me and I said I have been trying to call for 2 days and keep getting put on hold for over 30 minutes...she literally interrupted me and said "yea how can I help you" omg. So I said I need to cancel my appointment and I'd appreciate it if you didn't talk over me and she argued and said she didn't and then said "what do you need." So we bickered back and forth and she hung up on me. I guess we will see if the appointment was cancelled, if not I will be paying a friendly visit to the office to discuss proper customer care and human decency. Maybe I can help the awesome doctor out and set up some much needed training for the woman with the accent at the front desk. I was referred to All Dental in Yuba City because the dentist I originally wanted to go to because my kids where seen at peach tree Dental was closed due to COVID-19 / Coronavirus!!!! I'm a high risk person for COVID-19 and didn't really want to go but my teeth in so much pain . So i made an appointment on April 29,2020 @10:00 am . When I arrived I was so disappointed and couldn't believe that with everything going on with Coronavirus people sick or worse dead, many out of work and businesses closed, these workers at All Dental didn't seem to care . My review is as follows: 1) first observation, NONE of the front receptionist had face mask or gloves to protect themselves or others !!!!! Even after I tried to explain it just didn't seem to register in there minds !!!! and the patient's I have observed where Not maintaining social distancing and in the 3 hrs I was there I only seen 1 patient with face covering . No one at from desk checking patients temperature . NO PRE-CAUTIONS WHERE DONE AT ALL . Thats really bad for a dental office that is so close to peoples mouths . 2) NO hand sanitizer with in customer or patient area or view ! When I ask they showed me small bottle hidden behind something. 3) No one to check customer or patient temperature when entering facility 4) facility looked dirty and NO one wiping down or maintaining disinfecting patient waiting area . 5) I only seen one worker changing cloves after giving me X-ray ! And Both Doctors that seen me and in my mouth HAVE NOT CHANGED THERE HAND GLOVES AFTER IN OTHER PATIENTS MOUTHS !!!!!!! Yikes ! By the time they stuck there hand in my mouth it was so quick And too late . It is possible they changed cloves BUT I DID NOT WITNESS THAT AND DID NOT SEE THE DOCTORS CHANGE THERE GLOVES OR FACE COVERING AT ALL in the 3 Hours I was there !!!! I even told them I'm high risk !!!!! But they didn't seem to believe me and questioned me like I was a criminal . 6) I was there for 3 hrs and they didn't do anything. Just took X-rays,left in pain still and they didn't do anything! Except prescribe me strong pain meds ! I wanted Permanente solution not drugs !!!!!! So disappointed !!!!!! I been coming here since their grand opening and have been waiting to write them a review until my braces journey was done. When I first started the staff and the doctors were awesome. The front desk ladies were great and alway so nice. I was able to call and get through quickly, scheduling my next appointment was never a headache. They used to be open on Sunday's (that's why I came here in the first place) and according to Brandi the new receptionist they were never open on Sunday's. I love it when they first started. Fast forward to now, almost two years later. They have a few new front desk girls who are rude, they have an attitude when you call. They act like scheduling an appointment is so hard to do. Appointment times are now limited. They put you on hold and never get Back to you. Office visit are worst, it's always so packed, they take on more patients than they can handle. My less than 30 minute wait has now turned to hours of wait. I can't even ask the doctors a question without feeling like I'm annoying them, they're such in a rush and doesn't even give you the time or day. I would not recommend this office for any dental or ortho work. I'm glad my orthodontist journey has come to an end. read more

I have been a patient of both Dr. Simon and Dr. Ghanouni and have nothing but good things to say about them and their staff. My teeth were in terrible shape and I was in pain from them all the time. I had a full mouth extraction over two visits with placement of dentures. I've needed a few visits for an adjustment of them but they are always considerate and professional and get me in right away. Their dental assistants were also knowledgeable and made an attempt to get to know you and make you comfortable. The only criticism I've had was the lack of hand sanitizer available during my initial visit. That has since then been rectified. I would highly recommend them. read more
