You just have to pull up to the large door and once they are ready for you they will open the gate and you pull your vehicle inside. They hand wash it and then after you go through a touch-less soap and water wash. They did a very good job each and every time!

Great self service car wash. They have the drive through touchless one also. The lady that reviewed…read morebefore me didn't like it, but while I was there they were having work done to it so maybe there was some maintenance that needed to be done. I like the self service for cleaning the battlefield of dead bugs off my truck. My only advice is to accept credit cards! I talked to Mitch while I was there and I think he said that's coming in the future. Fortunately, Mitch was kind enough to lend me a couple quarters since I didn't have very much cash on me.

I've been there twice in the past 3 months. Both times there was a malfunction. First time I called…read morethe manager who came and reset the wash for me. Second time, just this morning, the brushes didn't spin at all, and it told me to drive out when it was clearly nowhere near finishing a wash cycle. Bug guts still all over grill and windshield. This time, I left (after paying $9 to wash my car) and just chalked it up to a loss and went and rewashed it elsewhere. I don't think this is an isolated occurrence at this point - won't be back.
