They did a fantastic job on my driveway. At first I had tons of questions and concerns about the job and the guys at Chattanooga Concrete (Jason and Chase) not only answer my questions, they educated me on what was necessary for my home driveway. They did not push unnecessary things to make it "better" like other companies would. In all, my experience with them was awesome. Not to mention they were "on time" every time. I have never encountered a construction company that was honest and "on time"...WOW. They told me that my driveway project would start 3 weeks from signing the contract and surely enough it did. It only took couple of day and my driveway expansion was done. Not only they made a beautiful driveway, they left the site fairly clean. They were sure to make sure everything was to the home owners liking and that things that were a possible issue were addressed before they started work. They made sure to clean up the area at the end of each day and were very polite to neighbors that came to ask what work was being done. I would highly recommend them for any of you home renovations!! Especially since when Scott originally saw the paint job they offered to completely redo my hardwood floors and move the moon to make up for it. They make promises they cannot keep. The latest discovery: Their subcontractors didn't butt the siding up to my brick patio which was led to my decking board becoming rotted and water intrusion. I have had two contractors confirm this which this company refuses to listen to because they "can't trust other contractors." Please do not do business with them, the more people I talk to about this company the more horror stories I hear. Also there was no quality check on the paint as you can see, when he says that he only means the manufacturer came out and said my warranty was in tact and even they said there were pieces that need replacing. They did not even look at the area currently in question. Not to mention when I mentioned that the fence gate is sagging and continuing to sag because they didn't construct it properly the came out and put it on wheels. They said they would return to do it again, but all I got was excuses and really bad cracks in my driveway. Staining had to come back and do more since they didn't apply it in two coats. Very pleasant team but if you need follow up care I would look elsewhere.

Romero Roofing gave me the best overall estimate with good materials. The roofing crew arrived as scheduled and were completely finished that afternoon. All required materials and flashing were installed as quoted. Site was cleaned up, no trash or roofing nails left behind. Appears to be good work, roof looks nice, very polite crew and business employees. The estimated price was exactly what I was charged. I would highly recommend this locally owned business.
