Started out good. Be aware. Was invoiced for something that wasn't done. Something that was done wasn't on invoice. Another item half asz done. Wanted full payment on item that wasn't completed. Dug 2" trench for a 4" pipe & didn't bring pipe. Brand new trailer was empty so their was room for it. Passed at least 2 hardware stores on way to job. = No plans to lay drain pipe but asked for full payment. Not. I should not have gave any. Way too many days went by of no communication as to when coming back. Two times reached out to correct invoice & show paid in full. Both times, she'll get on that right away. Never did. He said she said a message was left. No voicemail from him. They offered to return. I said thanks but no thanks. He was hard at working. Fast & ready to leave with the cash. NCMiller Handyman & Tree Services - Supposed to be trench for 4 inch pipe - Handyman Near Me

We scheduled NC Miller to come take down a Bradford Pear tree that was too close to the house. We were quoted between $450 and $475 to do the job. He said that he would be to our house at 8:00, but didn't show up until 11:15. After 10 minutes, he left, saying that he had to go get some tools. 30 minutes later he sent a text, saying that it was now going to be $1200. I think this is a prime example of the classic bait and switch. Needless to say we won't be going with this poor example a business. read more

What a *dream*. They came to repair a single board that fell off of an outdoor wood gate, but took the time to see that the entire gate really needed replacing and did it the same day! Contacted NCMiller Handyman to haul away some debris from hurricane. The response was immediate and they were there next day. Outstanding service and communication was awesome. They showed up and didn't waste anytime loading up the pile of branches and cleaned up as well. Polite, professional, attentive to the job, and on time.
