Within seconds, the owner came over the loudspeaker aggressively yelling and cursing at me, threatening to call the police, and setting off the alarm almost immediately. There was no attempt to ask if I was okay, no basic human decency, just hostility right away. I understand private property rights. If someone doesn't want you there, they can ask you to leave. But the complete lack of compassion in extreme weather was shocking. A simple "Hey, you can't stay there, please move along" or like just even checking what the situation was FIRST would have been enough. Instead, it escalated instantly. The way this was handled showed zero regard for basic human decency. Do with that information what you will....but this owner is a douche canoe and always has been. Check the other negative reviews of insane power trips he seems to have. Go up the street 20 seconds to the gulf, they have way better staff and an owner who actually gives a shit. This dude is a racist prick from India who thinks his stupid little corner store is its own sovereign nation with his own laws.
