When we arrived early (meeting location: Circle K at 3804 Garcon Pt Rd Milton, FL) to speak about the terms of the contract (he even says in the preliminary email to set aside 1hr 45min to allow time for meet and greet when the lesson itself is 70min), he refused to answer questions about the prices and claimed we were on the clock starting from the second we met. We were wasting our lesson time, he said. He then compared our meeting to a ride on Disneyland while patronizingly refuting he wouldn't "argue with a teenager" when I attempted to clarify the contract. The concerning rebates/discounts did not match what he was telling us verbally. He began to pack up his belongings without warning and then threatened to leave if we wouldn't stop asking questions. I, baffled, repeated, "The online contract is unclear." He stood up and just left. Just like that. To be clear, online agreement says each lesson will be $125-$145 per lesson. This includes a discount for 10% if payment is not electronic (Visa, Mastercard, etc). Additionally, there is 18$ worth of discounts for three lessons. The discounts are as follows. In section 2.2 of the agreement, it is stated: "A price reduction of four dollars ($3) per lesson ($9 total) for scheduling three WEEKDAY lessons (lesson one and two more) by 7pm the night prior to lesson two and prepaying all three WEEKDAY lessons not later than the start of lesson two." And section 3A reads: "Prepay for three scheduled lessons, do not miss any and receive a $9 rebate at the start of lesson three." When he only mentioned the rebate and the 10% reduction, I attempted to bring up the other $9 discount. This is when he began to get upset and attempted to deflect by saying we were wasting our lesson time. Keep in mind he charges $155 (without discounts) for 70 minute lessons. Compare to lessons in more populated cities where they will charge $300 for FIVE (5) 90 minute behind-the-wheel driving lessons. I had come with my mother and we both left in horrified awe, astounded by the lack of professionalism and lack of basic manners. Save yourself the trouble and do not waste your time. Definitely DO NOT waste your money.

The complaints you address, show a blatant disregard and lack of understanding of individuals with disabilities. During this entire experience, you have continued to overstep your boundaries as a driving instructor. Many of your comments had nothing to do with progress or areas of concern but seemed to focus on personal traits and attributes of the student. I have outlined below some of the remarks experienced during these 5 sessions: He talks too loud People won't understand him; therefore, making them uncomfortable Making him read a card (Not related to anything with the lesson) so you can determine his reading level Suggesting he sits with your secretary for 3 hrs for a reading comprehension lesson Pushing for the use of my personal vehicle, instead of the school vehicle (never heard of this) which is equipped for teaching In regards to your suggestions to the Vocational Rehabilitation Program (V.R.) to not continue funding for driving courses unless he can obtain a driving license first, is beyond absurd. It is my understanding, that the purpose of driving school is to prepare the individual for road readiness. He has previously taken courses in South Florida and was encouraged to continue lessons to build his awareness and comfort on the road. Who gets their Driver license, before learning to drive? It has become very apparent you lack the necessary education and basic fundamentals in working with individuals with disabilities. You and you're organization are more of a detriment and a hindrance to any individual participating in the V.R. program. It concerns me that other individuals that have been previously referred to you and your organization from the V.R. program have been treated in the same manner, but afraid to speak up.

I'm…read moretaking a minute out of my day to write a review because these guys deserve your business if you're needing a license in Florida. For me, I'd never been on a motorcycle in my life. In just a few hours my confidence shot up because of their training. Our group never felt rushed, and while I felt like I picked it up pretty quickly, the instructors NEVER rushed those who needed a little extra attention and I thought that was awesome. It's a long two days, however, what I learned is very valuable and I can highly recommend to the experienced or a new rider like me!
