Apparently , you are not aware that it was my dog he was bringing in , not his. It was a new , first time appointment . That he had already sent the veterinary information in. He let you know that he had a work emergency and I would be coming from an hour and a half away to make this appointment. I encountered road construction that caused a delay . I had my grandchildren on a spring break outing that we left to make this appointment . The appointment was at 12 noon. I called at 11:55am to let you all know I was getting close. I was informed by your staff that the groomer was gone. My son was told that I had until 12:15pm. to make this appointment. He didn't think I would get there until 12:30. You. made no adjustments, after him being a loyal customer . Our appointment window was 12-3pm. A place with good customer service would have done some type of service in that window, even if you charged for the full service. A wash , nail trim maybe. Instead you chose to put him down as a no show , charging the full price. Does that seem right ? I normally don't do reviews. That's why it took me so long to respond. You have lost two good customers, with two sweet dogs just because you don't know what CUSTOMER SERVICE, means.

So once he is good and dirty and shedding another dog, I bring him in and we end up with a new dog!! Kidding aside we have tried other places and we can not beat how he is treated. He knows where he is going when he gets out of the car. His coat stays shiny for about 3 weeks after he is groomed and when it gets wet it doesn't have that musty smell. And the price is right. Of her exact breed and genetic percentages, I am not certain, but I am certain that she is 100% love. Her name is Tashi, which means "Good Fortune" in a Buddhist dialect of Japanese, and she came into my life at the perfect time. So of course I baby her and do my best to love her the way she loves me. Baths are not her favorite, and she's suuuuper scared of the dryer. I had called around looking for a place to get her bathed, no one was really willing to work with me or seemed to understand about my dogs nervousness until I talked to Jen at Spaw! She's so sweet and friendly. Coaxed Minka the whole time. Didn't get frustrated when Minka got afraid and would try to jump or cry. Fortunately she's getting quite use to her baths and her fears have lessened and I know it's attributed to Jen being so caring, sweet, and patient with my dog. Highly recommend. Their staff is nice and friendly. They do a great thorough job. Minka always smells great and feels good after! She even gets a cute little bandana to top it all off! Parking out front on the street or a small lot across. Cash only. Definitely worth driving to Harrison!

My girl is very timid and calm, so I find it appalling that every time I pick her up she has cuts, razor burns, and nails clipped until they are bleeding. I took her for her usual monthly grooming just a few days ago and when I went to pick her up she looked nothing like the pup I dropped off for a "light trim" and her ear was dripping blood, they're explanation, "she must have scratched herself." When we dropped him off was told to pick him up by 6 or there will be a 70 dollar boarding fee for the night. A very extremely rude lady call at 4:20 demanding to come that min and unfortunately we only have one car and considering we were told we had till 6. Then call me and my husband a liar saying he wasnt utd on shots. The call his vet and the vet was busy but tried to call them back but they wasn't answering there phone to let them know he was utd. Didn't cut his nails and charged an extra 40 dollars then originally told it would. Owner called cussing by 4:45 and hanging up on us. Horrible communication. Both of my dogs ears are bleeding as well. very unprofessiona!!! i dont even want to imagine how they treated my poor dog when I wasn't there.
