I wish I could give All Frank 10 stars! I needed to make some changes at home to care for my sick pup, including fixing a door I've been putting off to ensure my pup was safe. Frank and his team saved us from the situation by creating and installing a custom Dutch door, converting the office into a room I can easily keep an eye on pup in. It looks absolutely amazing, I couldn't have imagined a better outcome. They were prompt from the estimate appointment through completion, cleaned up after themselves, and completed the job in a timely manner despite some complications with the door's opening. They also did some immaculate painting around the area, and it all blends seamlessly with the rest of the house! My parents had a very positive experience, and they asked me to leave a review on their behalf to let everyone know how great Frank is. Frank responded to my parents' inquiry very quickly and showed up to their house the next day. When he discovered that a part was needed to complete the job, he took care of the purchase for them, saving them the hassle of trying to acquire it themselves. He did a wonderful job and got their stove up and running. When my parents mentioned that they also needed repairs to a set of stairs that were damaged, Frank took care of the problem for them the same day. He did all of this for a price that my frugal parents felt was very fair and reasonable. Frank was wonderful with my parents. He really listened to them and made them feel heard and respected. Called to have these mirror sliding doors installed. This required removal of the old track and installing the new track to the ceiling and floor. I am very pleased with the result. Francisco's team showed up and everything went well. They also cleaned up after the installation. Francisco also came by go evaluate my inquiry for 1. New outlet and 2. New windows. I used Frank to help repair a fence that was broken due to a tree falling over. My house is below grade so the fence that needed to be repaired was higher up but Frank did a great job navigating this repair. He was very responsive to my text and showed up early by 15 mins for the repair. Work was done professionally and correctly even repairing portion of the CMU wall that was knocked over. CMU blocks were correctly filled with concrete as well. Overall I am happy with the work and value and will be using Frank in the future. read more

Cisco and his associate showed up on time and ready to work. They changed two faulty faucets, patched two wall holes, and threw in a toilet handle swap in a couple hours and change. Now I have good faucets again. Cisco also helped us detect a water leak from a bathroom that I had no clue about. Apparently the tiny leak had been going on for months, possibly for years, and was causing some nasty mold growth in a wall (he saw the mold while patching a hole). Never buy hansgrohe kitchen faucets that are the tall model with pullout nozzle spray. We started out with a particular model for a kitchen remodel, and the nozzle spray broke on the first use. We got a free replacement of course from the interior design supplier -- same model -- and it also broke on the first use, getting stuck in spray mode no matter how hard you pressed the button to stop it. Cisco's rate is very competitive, probably one of the best around, and I think I have found a new handyman. I tried the other companies, and nobody got back to me, or the wait was around 3-4 weeks out. Communication was great. read more

Started off a little shaky, he confirmed a day and time to come but due to him not seeing the appointment, he missed it. Based on the other reviews he had I gave him the benefit of the doubt and it was just an honest mistake. He took ownership of that and rescheduled later that week. I am so glad I did give him the benefit of the doubt because him and his partner Jordan were great! Came on time, texted me and kept me in the loop of where they were. Wore masks and were very respectful to me and to the tenants where the work was taking place. What I asked them to do was to install vent exhausts for two vent hoods over two different stoves. He showed up with parts that they thought they would require and only charged me for parts used. The labor they charged was more than reasonable and beat several others who were bidding for this work. Cisco has done some really good work on my properties over the last couple years, and always for a good price. Most recently though we bought a mountain cabin and there was no cellphone reception up there and I was not around to supervise any of the work and I could not be reached for questions or anything, just gave instructions by email and hoped for the best. When I got up there after it was all done, everything was great amd done right, nothing was forgotten, and when the bill came it was alot less than i thought it would be. Cant beat that.
