The only reason I'm making a review now is because I tried reaching out to give the owner a chance to make it right or even deal with the groomer and I didn't get a respons. I'm absolutely furious about the level of professionalism and incompetence from the groomer.

They has listened to our girls and have done what it takes to care for and groom our GENTLE GIANTS (Newfoundlands). In most recent months they groomed our senior dog Lucky Baby #13 a couple of times and lovingly maneuvered her around all throughout her grooming. She decided she needed to lay down the entire time, due to weak hinds and just being a big ole Newf. I am sure it took so much extra care and time to get the job done, but they did it! They work countless hours to accommodate all the animals they care for, and I so appreciate them. We are so fortunate to have them in Suncrest! God bless them and all of their own babies (current and past) and all the babies they care for every single day.

Before taking our dog into the grooming trailer, Shannon took the time to ask thoughtful questions about exactly how we wanted her groomed. She was thorough, attentive, and it was clear she genuinely cared. When she finished, Shannon brought our dog right to our door, and she looked absolutely beautiful! She also took the time to explain how our dog's first grooming experience went. Shannon noticed that our dog was nervous and found that she did better when Shannon worked quietly.
