I just moved to Spokane. And my 10 yo yorkiepoo and 2 yo Goldendoodle needed grooming badly. I am only available on the weekends. Nancy was able to get me in after about 4 weeks. Day before my groom they blew a tire on the Trailer and were not going to be able to come. I leave on a long vacation and Nancy scrambled to get me in. Hannah showed up yesterday and was about the nicest most authentic groomer I have ever spoken with. She took time to talk through the cut and even show me pictures and confirmed EXACTLY what I wanted. My girls both look amazing and they didn't need to leave home. I wanted to have a mobile groomer because I thought it would make it less stressful for my year old goldendoodle who had become very matted. They canceled twice but finally came the 3rd time. When the groomer was done she pointed out that there were sores on the tip of his right earflap from matting. I asked if I should put neosporin on it and she said no it would heal on it's own. Groomer charged $150. My dog acted very odd over the next 2 days so I took him to the Vet. That earflap had gotten infected (they clarified it was a new infection,not one that had been there weeks) ,it was so painful they had to anesthetize him to clean and scrape it. They also found a laceration between his toes that they repaired. Also they had to express his anal glands which were full, pluck hair from his ears and clip his nails, all the things I thought the groomer was supposed to do...bill came to $440 and he came home on antibiotics and has to wear a collar for 2 weeks. The Vet gave me sedatives for the next time he is groomed since he was so traumatized from this. The owner of the grooming company offered to refund my $150 but said there was no proof that they caused the damage. So it was a coincidence? Right. read more

My sweet Arya hates water, baths, & having her nails clipped but she LOVES getting groomed by Maggie. Arya has anxiety & has had to be carried into previous groomers, not the case when Maggie pulls up. Arya runs right out to her & is so excited. What is even better is that Maggie is equally excited to see Arya. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs a groomer & hope to have Maggie groom Arya for years to come. read more

Had a fantastic experience with Wash N Waggin! Was in a pinch for a groomer and while driving down the street saw the grooming van so called and was able to schedule an appointment promptly. Every person we've come in contact with at the company has been incredibly kind and thoughtful. Our dog looks fantastic and we immediately scheduled recurring visits. The convenience of staying at home while our dog gets groomed is unbeatable and his cut/shampoo came out better than anywhere we've brought him previously.
