Although I received several lower estimates, I felt that GPS would do a great job. Boy, was I right! They inspected twice and matched another estimate and they started the work. Their crew came on time every day, brought their own paint and equipment, patched holes, cleaned up everything and the paint work was amazingly great! I hired all general painting services after my neighbor used them for the painting of their home. After my initial contacting, I was assigned Alberto and accommodated to date and time of my choice. Alberto was on time and very professional. He took his time explaining his work ethic and exact process of painting my home. We also mentioned soft cleaning the roof and sealing my new pavers which he also does. He listened to all of our requests and details of protecting our new pavers and quartzite stone. After giving us a faire quote, we decided to proceed with all 3 jobs. They started with cleaning of the roof and the walls, painting of the house, and then sealing of the pavers in matte finish. They responded to all my questions, quickly; they sent me the estimate later the same day, that just impressed me; Leo who responded to walk around and look at the house explained everything and if I didn't understand something clarified it, he also asked me about certain features if I wanted it painted or not, such as the brick chimney/porch) those details one at times doesn't think about until its too late, truly appreciated that (Semper Fi). They clarified the payment process and understood when the project could be started, they contacted me to schedule me ahead of time, about a week and a half ahead) just to make sure my house got painted when I was available, again very impressive. I found All General Painting on a Google search. I thought the reviews were good but then again they could be friends. I was soooo wrong. Alberto and Leo and their entire crew were great. They painted my mom's home, 2 story, along with her concrete wall and it was beautiful. They called me on days that they couldn't work because of weather. It was a 2 week project and they still completed on time. I was so impressed that I asked them to paint my own home. Met with Leo, had the estimate that evening and the started the following Monday. I went out of town on Tuesday and when I returned, I was so pleased. The next day they were finishing up on the trim and I nit picked about some spots. From beginning to end Alberto and his crew were very professional. He was always punctual(rare in Miami :) He sent a quote to sign digitally with all his insurance and license attached so everything was in order. His price was perfect and included all materials, he said he would provide samples everything included. First they pressure washed the entire house and even my patio floor that was dirty, then proceeded to patch and prepare the surfaces and after that primer, 2 hands of paint and even my exterior door. If you've come this far, rest assured you're in the right place. I cannot say enough good things about the team but I'll go through the reasons I would rehire and you should go ahead and get started. First and foremost they were polite, respected our time, and followed through with appointments and timing. Like many others we were in the middle of multiple projects at one time. They made this aspect of the work something I didn't have to worry about, which was huge because it seems like a lot of GCs and businesses are run by complete morons. Second, the price was right. We had quotes from a few painters. What it is will be between you and your choice of painter but they came in SIGNIFICANTLY lower than most others. One business, who would've already been onsite for another project, wanted DOUBLE what it cost us, and wanted us to purchase and pick up our own paint! FOH! Finally, the follow though. We got a good lesson in timing for and commitments from other contractors which pushed my painting (final project) back multiple times over the course of 6 months. Our estimate was extended and honored and they wouldn't even take a deposit as I offered for a showing of good faith. Color selection was done with the owner and the painters did a fantastic job. A couple knocks on the door during the day as they asked about specifics during the painting that I had never thought of (not up selling, questions about preference). From prep to cleanup everything was perfect. These guys really do well and care. Now my home looks complete and I couldn't be happier. I'm actually looking forward to a repaint and color change in a couple of years. Never would I have considered that a possibility but the price is right and the work impeccable. Excellent experience with Alberto and his company from the beginning. I received several quotes to pressure clean and paint my house and driveway, and Alberto was the best choice by far. The estimate he gave me was fair for everything I wanted done, and less expensive than others. His crew spent 3 days total to do everything I contracted them to do: pressure cleaning of the roof, exterior walls, porch and driveway was done the first day; day 2 was application of primer; and day 3 the entire exterior and driveway was painted. (It probably could have been done faster if the weather had cooperated on day 2, but the day had to be cut short due to non-stop rain in the afternoon.) Everything was done to 5 star, professional standards. Alberto and his crew were very honest on what to expect, how long the job would take, and that they would not leave/move on to another job until this was done. The paint job is perfect, and the crew made sure to clean up after themselves and make everything appear as if they were never here. I requested a quote and was given an appointment today at 4:00pm. 52 minutes later the company had no shown up or responded to multiple request for their estimated arrival time. no one ever had the curtesy to inform that they were running late or that they cannot make it and need to reschedule.
