Id like to say my experience was good but unfortunately, it was not. Very confusing unorganized and conflicted. It started out with Brian calling me on February 18th at 9 am making an appointment to come see the job and give me an onsite estimate. I took the rest of the day off and waited for them, but they never came. At the very end of the day Brian texted me to say that he couldn't get there. This cost me half a days loss of income. At around 5:30 pm same day he texted again, saying he would do the job for $500 without seeing the job personally, because he had enough information from the initial pictures I provided. However ,the next day he asked me to compose a video with detailed spoken instruction of what I wanted done. More time wasted and extremely aggravating because I then had to edit the video for over an hour just to be able to send it via text message because apparently the video was too long to be able to send. After all this he retracted his $500 estimate He instructed me to go ahead and do it with someone else. It should be noted that Brian was polite and well spoken but regrettably this interaction wasted my time and fell far short of my expectations. My belief is that it had more to do with the owner Augustin, who was disengaged in this communication and seemed to change his mind several times. Very unfortunate and Not the way to get my business. I definitely recommend ICR for any projects you may have that requires multiple crews. I had two other contractors interested in my project but one took too long took quote and the other did not want to physically see my property to properly quote me. Agustin was very attentive from the very beginning. He was the only that took the time to work with me until we came to a final decision for my project. I needed to re-level, re-sweep and paint the pavers for my driveway and walkway. Also I needed to extend my concrete patio and install tile, and some other minor repairs. My experience with ICR remodeling and Agustin Caserta was abysmal. I was lied to, tricked, articles were stolen from my home and the quality of the work was terrible. Agustin was rarely on site so I had to supervise his employees while I was trying to work full-time from home. Agustin did work for me before that was good, but this time he and his workers were consistently inept and untrustworthy. The experience was anxiety-provoking and deeply disappointing. I was really eager to do business with this company, after reading all the positive reviews. Agustin was very responsive to my emails and sent someone to my home to give me a quote. The scope of work slightly expanded when his guy reminded me that they were also general contractors and could complete other pending projects in my home. Unfortunately, that's where it ended. I didn't know that getting a quote would take a while. I followed up with Agustin, who in turn followed up with his guy, yet I still did not receive a quote in the timeframe given. We found ICR on Yelp. He was very quick to respond. I set up an appt to meet with him in person several weeks in advance and he showed up on time with a smiling face. We decided to work with him as opposed to others that we interviewed, because his prices were fair, his work from photos look very nice and he was very professional and offered suggestions on what we could do and how we could save money. The final results turned out fantastic. We initially wanted floors throughout our condo but then we saw how diligently he and his guys worked and this made me decide to have additional things done so I wouldn't have to go back and have them done later, like kitchen cabinets and countertops. We also had two bathrooms remodeled as well as replacing baseboard throughout and had the entire unit painted. He basically remodeled my entire condo. Everything came out beautiful. He was very resourceful and knowledgeable about where to find materials that we need as well. I made several changes at the last minute and he was able to find the materials I wanted and still give me a great price and complete installation within the time frame he gave us. Needed my floors re-tiled about 500sf, called ICR and Agustin gave me a fair estimate and did the tile work in one week. As he estimated , they prepped and cleaned everything the tiles came out perfect. My guest bathroom shower pan cracked, and it made sense, while changing it, to extend the old tiny booth-type shower across the width of the room. The plumbers did a great job with helping me get the permit, completing demo and installing the new pan, but I needed someone to repair the drywall, and tile the new shower pan as well as portions of the wall where the tile had to be removed. I contacted 3 businesses. ICR got back to me immediately, and patiently answered all my many, many questions! They helped me to pick tile, as there was no real way to match the remaining wall tile exactly. The work was scheduled quickly, the guys were very nice, and everything was done in 2 days! I thought that the price was reasonable, the service excellent, and the end result far exceeded my expectations! When the shower door arrives, Agustin and the guys will return to install it for me. I've got a bit more work to do in this room, but I think I can handle it from here! I can't recommend ICR highly enough! read more

We had a bathroom leak that required mold remediation. We connected with Agustin through yelp, and he was the most responsive of all the contractors by far. We turned it into texting, and he was very responsive and was able to start our smaller drywall and painting project on the Monday after contacting him on Thursday! Two days later, the project was complete. All very professional and efficient. I now plan on having him return when our new vanity arrives to install that and reset the counter with two undermounted sinks. Would definitely use him again in the future. The most refreshing part about using him was how fast he responded, how quickly he got the work started and how he finished in the projected timeframe. All at a very reasonable price. read more

There's a big difference between installing an all new floor and repairing an existing one. Replacing damaged tile can be a dirty dusty job, and matching the Tile, and Grout is not easy, it requires a True Artist. I am a very exacting person with a good eye, and I will accept only the best. Agustin, did a great job for us. Very easy to work with, excellent communication throughout the project, and very good end result. This was a small but tricky project. We are located in California and rent a commercial space to a large multinational corporation in Doral, Fl. We needed to do some inspections on the building which damaged their new and expensive custom tiles as well as some older tiles in other parts of the building. Both wall and floor tiles. We were only able to find some of the custom tiles, so ICR had to do their best to find reasonable matches where they could or improvise a repair with mortar and grout. In the end, our tenant is very happy with all the repairs. Agustin, sent lots of before, during and after photos to us in California to keep us in the loop the whole way.
