So I placed my order online mainly because of the fair cost, selection of their products and unlike other floral shops in the same town they did not charge a Service Fee. Another shop wanted $25.00 Service Fee, that's insane. So yes Philips delivered a beautiful floral arrangement to my daughter there in Mercersburg the same day. I knew it would brighten an otherwise sad day for my mom. Unfortunately, someone wasn't paying attention and had the arrangement delivered today, 9/3/24, and didn't seem very apologetic when I called to complain. In fact, she kind of giggled at the mistake. What if this had been a birthday order, or a funeral order, or an order for another occasion, and the delivery instructions were ignored? Word of warning - call in your order, or order in person, making sure to go over your delivery instructions several times. This would not have happened under Ed Mumma's ownership and I AM NOT HAPPY.
