She booked my appointment for the next day. Dr. Angela greeted me when I walked in early. Her smile is as gorgeous and ready as everyone says. She's incredibly nice. She took me right away even though I was pretty early. She listened to me carefully and really paid attention to my concerns. Then she gave me a treatment that WORKED! I'm soooooo much better today! Enough said!!! Her rates are very reasonable and she takes insurance. I plan to see her regularly when I'm here in Cleveland.

My daughter has appointments pre-scheduled for her chronic TMJ issues and before her first appointment, we received a text confirming her first appointment. The initial appointment on my end was a difficult one to physically get her to - having other kids and school in session required others to help me so I could get my daughter to the appointment on time. Upon arrival, I am pretty sure we ran into my daughter's new therapist in the parking lot heading out for the day , but I didn't realize it at the time. After checking in, I was pushed aside, given excuses and even almost passed on to another therapist who didn't specialize in my daughter's issue. When I realized the disorganization that was taking place and the lack of accountability, I took my daughter and left. If you insist on going to this practice, go in knowing that they are extremely disorganized and no in is in charge. It takes more than good therapists to run a practice, but apparently they leave before they're really done for the day...
