I find it inexcusable for a doctor that claims to be accepting new patients to not return a simple…read morephone call. My boyfriend called 2 weeks ago inquiring about becoming a patient after his previous doctor retired. He was told someone would get back to him. That never happened. To leave someone twisting in the wind like that is completely unnecessary and unacceptable. Take the 3.2 seconds and pick up the phone and tell him you're no longer accepting new patients if that's the case so he can make other arrangements. Very unprofessional way to run a medical office.
