I am new to the area. I contacted All Horizon Financial to get some direction in purchasing a plan my prior experiences where exhausting! I spoke with Lloyd Robinson. He was amazing. He spend whatever time needed to get to know me, my needs and go over the plans in which he felt I would benefit from based on my concerns. I called again and was told all their systems were down and he'd call me back. Never heard back. Will call Geico and ask for a different contact.

I had a very frustrating experience with M&M Insurance. On December 4, 2025, I emailed the company…read morerequesting to cancel my policy because there is no option to cancel online. Unfortunately, I never received any response. Several months later, I was contacted by a collections agency attempting to collect a $74 balance. I then emailed M&M Insurance again and also emailed the owner, Marvin Mitchum, but once again received no reply. To avoid any potential impact to my credit, I paid the collection agency, even though this entire situation could have easily been avoided if M&M Insurance had simply responded to my cancellation request. For transparency, I have attached pictures showing my cancellation email and follow-up attempts as proof. I hope M&M Insurance improves its communication and customer service so future customers do not have to deal with the same issue.
