I've never wanted a place to fail more than I want this company to go under. I LOVE escape rooms. People who have never done one before are going to play one of these flaming piles of horseshit and think this is what escape rooms are supposed to be. This is a cash grab designed to capitalize on what should be a truly enjoyable form of entertainment. These are not escape rooms. These are laminated riddle cages created by bored and broke eight-year-olds. The least fun I've ever had in a cubicle, and I worked in insurance. What a godawful experience. This was a really disappointing experience that feel flat. It's unexciting and un-immersive. It was really difficult to get into it and care, and it's way too expensive for what it is. We do a couple of escape rooms a year, and this is the only experience we've ever had like this. Unfortunately, we're guessing this is their business model... Simple, low budget escape room, which is very much like a kit you could do at home. At least that would be in the comfort of your own home. Additionally, beyond the concerns with short walls, cheap decorations, and uninspiring clues, everything was sitting on the floor and wasn't more than 1 to 2 feet tall with the exception of a barrel table 2 ft in diameter. This means that you pretty much have to sit on the floor to spread everything out and complete the tasks. That does not work for all mobility levels, and in addition, the carpet was dirty and we ended up with plastic fibers from the cheap carpet in our pants that made our legs itch. Additionally, the set up for how they assist with clues doesn't work. You have to ring a buzzer for help and a person comes in and then they have to figure out where you are and what you need help with. This cuts into your time and further to detracts from the experience. Even though the person was lovely, we found ourselves not wanting to press the buzzer and have to interact with someone. With only 5 minutes left, we did press the buzzer to ask for help. Because that 1 person working has to help with all the rooms and they were in the middle of helping another room, they couldn't get to us until we had one and a half minutes left on our timer, and at that point it was too late for any help to matter. (we know she was helping another room because she shouted it through the wall.) Even though she knew she hadn't been able to respond to us right away, there was no offer to add time back to the timer. By the time she walked in it was like - oh well, too late for it to matter. We had been looking forward to this experience all weekend as we absolutely love Escape Rooms and left so disappointed and deflated. My daughter was gonna have her birthday here, but we're so glad we tried them out beforehand. We really don't like posting a negative review, but we are hopeful maybe this will help the business to make so much needed adjustments. read more

Loved it, once again! Kodi was super helpful and gave good advice on which room we were ready for. She responded quickly to our requests for hints even though several other rooms were full at the same time, and she was right - the room was perfect for us. We completed the Master level with just around one minute to spare. We haven't done many escape rooms, so we aren't as skilled as folks who do this all the time, so we were quite proud of ourselves. I would definitely recommend arriving a few minutes early and practicing the different types of locks on the wall in the waiting area if you're new to escape rooms. Some locks are harder to figure out than others when you encounter them for the first time while you're locked in a room with no instructions on how to use them. I toured Alcatraz a few years ago, so when we did the Alcatraz room, I was really curious to see how accurately it was represented overall and was impressed. Some reviews here have complained that it was sparsely decorated but so is Alcatraz, so I'm not sure what they had expected. In each Alcatraz cell is a metal bed platform, one blanket, a toilet, a small table, and a chair. This room had the bed platform and blanket covering a mannequin, a small table with cards and domino's, another table with a tray of toy food, and even a rolling library cart in the corner that is a super scaled down version of the one that really went around from the Alcatraz library making books available to the prisoners. There were maps and a building layout and prisoner IDs on the walls, and lots of boxes with different types of locks. Each box represented a different (real) section of Alcatraz with actual pictures of either the section (e.g., sewing room, cafeteria) in use or pictures of a prisoner associated with it (e.g., library trustee) taped on top. All in all, I kept interrupting our group's thought process to exclaim about something in the room that reminded me of things I'd seen or additional information I'd learned on my tour. Come to think of it, the rest of my group may not have enjoyed the room quite as much as I did, but that would not be the fault of All in Adventures. I guess the lesson is to choose your teammates carefully. ;-) We'll definitely go back as soon as I can convince my family to put up with me in an escape room again. This escape room was fun and it was an entertaining activity to do. We went with a few couples and close family/friends and successfully escaped our room. We laughed and it was cool to work together to figure out each clue in the room. I would recommend this spot as a fun, out of the box activity for friends, family and work team building. read more

My husband and I went here for date night and had such a great time. We got to try our luck with opening several sample locks before going into the Alcatraz Escape room. We finished before the time was up (50 minutes) and Vanessa the manager as super helpful and was there to give us a hint when we needed it. At the end of the escape room we took pictures with cool props. We will definitely be back to try other rooms!! read more

This was the worst escape room I have ever done. The room was not decorated or immersive. The walls didn't even go to the ceiling and you could hear other rooms completing their games. It was like solving badly put together puzzles in a large cubicle. There were only locks and no other interactive things in the room. Some of the clues didn't make sense and some of the locks didn't open, even with the correct codes. I have done many escape rooms and this is the only one I wouldn't go back to. Don't waste your money on this place. read more

If I could go lower, I would. To start the staff docked 10 minutes of our time while they were setting up another game for a different group. Then we get into what I would describe as a room only fit for the preparation and distribution of Meth. A 10x10 room which looked more like we were in a for a water boarding than a fun puzzle game. The walls of the room didn't even reach the ceiling, so you could hear everyone in the building solving their own games. Bubbled up carpet, a cot in the corner with half a mannequin under a blanket on a cot and 15 locked boxes. The theme was escaping from Alcatraz and the only way this theme was conveyed was by a giant sticker on the wall made to look like a jail cell. The rest of the room was as bland and poorly decorated if decorated at all. The locks were worn and wouldn't even open with the correct code because they were so jammed. A clue was left completely open from the last group. Each and every clue was unimaginative, boring, and lacked diversity in any way. At the end when we inevitably failed by about 10 min (again because they started our time before we were in the room) the employee enters the room and starts explaining the solution to the lock we were stuck on. We had the correct clue, but the lock "Needs to be pushed in real hard and then pulled" to open it. A detail that would have been sick before the game ended. If you respect yourself, your family, and your friends; take them literally anywhere else. read more

We did the black ops escape room and it was good but not very challenging in comparison to other escape rooms. We found all the clues for both level 1 and 3 in 45 minutes! I would have liked to have more of a challenge than just unlocking boxes! read more

I would give a negative star if I could. They were very disrespectful, the man lied to us several times. Told us there was a set price and then changed the price several times. Very disappointed with service. They should close down if they are going to treat customers like that. There was no one there so that explains how bad of a place it is. Great experience from start to finish. I called the day before to reserve my groups time, and the gentleman was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were not as immersive in design as I had expected them to be, but it was a lot of fun. My group of 5 was able to solve both challenges in the Alcatraz room just in time. The young man working there was very helpful when we needed hints, because their were times we got a little confused. I love that they email you your picture picture after you get out. It was a fun first experience and will definitely do it again. read more

Customer service was horrible I called ahead of time to make sure there were enough slots and when we got there we were told that the room we wanted was booked the he left for 30 minutes and finally decided to tell us that there weren't any rooms. read more

We did the Alcatraz escape room and I was very disappointed. Other escape rooms I've been to have a lot of stuff in the room, a lot of physical clues where you have to move things, line things up, match things and stuff gets revealed. This one was a LOT of reading, that was the main clue. And it mostly consisted of finding dates and matching them to the inmates bios on the wall. We finished it but it was not very fun. Also the final key wasn't working, we knew we had the code correct and the people had to come and then they said "oh yeah this one doesn't work sometimes" which was pretty anticlimactic. I wouldn't recommend unless their other rooms are better. read more

For two people it was $50 for an hour in the escape room. It was the lamest and most disappointing experiences I have ever had in my 30 years of life. Do not go here. My partner and I chose a prison escape room and were dumb founded as we walked in, discovering a bare room with a cheap mattress with a pillow on top, accompanied by a mannequins head wearing a cheap short black wig. I was appalled instantly. As We discovered the "hints" were just laminated paper with a phrase that lead to another laminated paper to yet another laminated paper. My partner is mildly autistic, so this upset them a great deal. The reviews for this attraction were fairly decent so to go in expecting such decency and to come out feeling such a loss in my heart as well as my pocket book was one of the worst and unsettling feelings ever. Please choose another attraction if you or your family want to encounter a new fun activity, this is not it! read more
